mportant notice :round_pushpin: After updating to the new version you will be required to restore your private key using the 12-word mnemonic phrase.
In case you did not store your 12 words phrase, or don’t have access to it - you will not be able to access your current PumaPay wallet. You may consider transferring your funds from your PumaPay wallet to another wallet of yours, to which you have access.
Once you update the PumaPay app, you should create a new PumaPay wallet and transfer the funds back to the new PumaPay updated wallet.
Please note: It is your sole responsibility to keep the 12-word seed phrase of the wallet in a safe place, in order for you to be able to access it in the future in case you will be required to restore the Private key again.

This blockchain wallet is really easy to use if you are a beginner. Cool design and the set up wasn’t bad at all. Also pretty convenient because you can do everything from buy, store, send exchange coins and even pay by phone directly within the app.
Very stupid app, I can't log in to my account again after one day from registration, thank god I didn't buy anything there! Each time says wrong email or password, I know it is the right email ofcourse because it is the only one, and I changed the password just in case I really forget it after one day which I am not, then I used the new password and still can't log in, very bad, no customer service or a reason why I can't log in ... don't waste your money and time
Pumapay is one of the top crypto wallet app in the market. Setting up the app was pretty straight forward, it features a user-friendly interface , ability to buy and trade tokens/coins from exchanges with great functionality. Thumbs up!
The only reason I got this app was to use the exchange, but when I click on the Exchange button, it says "this feature is not available in your region". Have never found anyone available on live support. Message always says "we'll be back tomorrow".
This wallet is stable and secure. Its simple to setup, easy to use, has a nice user interface and easy payments via bar code. No problems so far.
Excellent app, I have used it now for over a month and I have had no issues at all. I find it very easy to use. Very quick transactions. And it seems to be quite secure.

Horrible horrible wallet from a failed crypto project. App keeps crashing. Don't know if they're scammers or just incompetent beyond repair. I believe it's the latter as they think they're leading the way for crypto adoption with this horrendous wallet
So far so good. This wallet provides all main tokens, easy set up and user-friendly interface.
Its a scam company which doesn't warn they started verifying customers, then when they money is already on the wallet, they request you to send the documents and hold your money until you do. I have no idea what will be the value of my assets when I am finally verified

The best online wallet for iPhone. You have easy access to cryptocurrencies. Everything is quick and userfriendly.
This is a joke. CTD while trying to convert currencies and barely no security. Trash app made by the creators of a failed cryptocurrency. Don't even think about using it. Edit: And now after one more CTD all my funds on this app vanished. Really good job guys, I can't even guess if you're pro scammers or incompetent beyond anything/ Obviously the customer service isn't' working.
Getting verified has turned into a bit of a headache, so I'll stick to other apps like Nexo, Luno, Bitrue, to name a few.
This wallet holds a variety of different cryptocurrencies and tokens. And it’s very safe. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The whole idea about pumapay is great but check the time you release the app and since then we can't use it. Me and my friends have tried several times but it doesn't work. Because of that I have sold all PMA

Imposible to login, when I try to login it keeps showing a message: something went wrong, please try again. It doesn't allow me to login again, it ask me for name and date of birth, after I try to submit the information, it gets stuck with that error message. I was able to login once, tried to do the verification process, but errors show. Pretty bad app.
