Pathetic app Payment is deducted, but bus shows no booking, No confirmation, no sms, no mail. Very poor customer service. Better to book tickets offline.
Worst app and customer service i have ever experienced. Unable to cancel the ticket from app and website even before time and when I emailed them about the issue they said they will not cancel the ticket. Completely fraudulent app and service.
calendar is not showing it's all days, unable to select the dates in APP. For example, one cannot select Monday and Sunday dates. Don't know why. please help
After last update, facing too many problems proceeding with payment options. Had to use travelyaari website to book the tickets. Kindly check and rectify the issue.
Needs to improve many things like if I cancel a ticket than what would be the status of it. In current app not be able to check weather refund if being done or not Pls improve it as soon as possible.
Worst app! It isn't deserve a single star. It is not a booking app but a joke to people who search for bus on this joke app😁 It isn't show any bus and message display modify search! Don't west your precious time to such a dumb and useless app!
It give details only for volvo buses but not for ordinary buses. At least people should get the detail of timings of ordinary buses as well.
Worst experience ever. They deducted the amount but didn't book the seat. Now they are not refunding the amount

Dont install this app. I booked my tickets with 2500₹ and its not showing my booked tickets in my booking section. Whereas I got a mail for confirmed tickets.
Payment Gateway is hopeless after putting all the information instud of booking first page open & you end up just frustrating every time!!

Useless app shows no information about any bus times and route.
Tickets cannot be booked for saturdays & sundays through app as one cannot select saturday & sunday in the app calender..pl correct ...

please add the routes for connecting zirakpur to different areas of punjab ,and pls re route buses for direct travel eg .there is no bus directly for chandigarh to gurdaspur ... so kindly look into this ...

Can't find buses through this useless app
I've tried booking a seat multiple times at different hour - a complete waste of time, app is not reliable when you need it the most. It seems like peeps got access to view the bus info but booking a ticket is still a gamble. If someone is reading this and can help me booking a ticket will be of great help.
