Won't let me scan receipts black screen when it goes to camera for the scan. App is unusable, delete this trash. Good idea though, if only it worked.
I can scan receipts but the mpoints stay at zero. I have tried contacting support from different areas but get no response. I wish I knew if this was an old abandoned app? I'm going to uninstall it from my phone.
app will not allow me to scan receipt, therefore it is unusable. do not install until they fix it. also google play says app was last updated 2 years ago (2017).
Did everything correct make sure permissions were on for this app but I am still unable to scan receipts which makes this app totally useless please google take down this app in agreement witheveryone else I have reported it for non activity so please everybody else do that too.
cant get my picture to upload its not showing my points. wrote support many times no answer. i have been scanning for 3 months but no points wont download pitcure. worthliss

Given app has a lot of bugs. Would not recommend to use it till fixed.

Dear punch card I have been putting in receipts for months now I have never received anything from you I don't even know what my points are I don't think it's fair for you to have us to put in receipt and we get nothing I think you should explain Tumi what am I getting for putting in these receipts really appreciate if you will write me back and let me know thank you...

Deleting right now. I downloaded recently and was not getting points. I did some research only to find out they are not doing the reward system anymore but yet they accept your receipt. Sorry I'm not giving my data for free. If you want to waste your time scanning receipts for nothing then this app is for you. Also the app is very sluggish when looking for stores.
Been using this app for years. Got a new phone and had forgotten password, have tried for months to reset my password with no luck. I have not gotten a reset password email so I reached out to support twice now and no response. I had a lot of points in my account and spent much time adding receipts to just go to waste. This app is trash
I've been using the app for a few weeks. Even though it showed that i was supposed to receive points, they were never credited to my account. I wrote to supprt, never received a response. Then suddenly my app stopped working. I couldnt log in any more, i couldnt reset the pasword,nothing. Waited for a few days, tried multiple times...nothing.
****UPDATE 1/23/18 --->> I still haven't been able to log in to the app & now over 15,000 of my points have disappeared! I can't even get my rewards for all the receipt scanning I did! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL! HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO GET A RESPONSE & NOW AS OF 1/31/18 THEY ARE SHUTTING DOWN!! I'm guessing they are just blowing off all the customers until 1/31 & then they'll tell us it's past the deadline so we are all S.O.L.**** It's been almost a year now since I've been able to use this app. Contacted support NUMEROUS TIMES only to get no answer. When I try to login with email it says the email is already in use & I should log in with my Facebook acct. When I try to sign in with Facebook it tells me Error creating/updating user record." I've uninstalled, reinstalled & nothing works. I'm able to earn points for surveys that pop up in my notifications but it does me no good because I can't log in to see my balance or to cash in my earned rewards.
This app was working great for me, then today I went to login and it said Invalid password, but I know it's right. So I did the forgot password link, said it'd send me an email to reset and I never got one. Tried it 3 times. Not sure what the deal is. :/
UPDATE 11/5/2017 Since mPLUS is officially in the process of shutting down, I am writing to them today to see if this, add is likely, affects all apps based on accruing mPoints, and if so, either officially notifying users, releasing a list of apps and pulling them from the app stores... I haven't been using THIS app, but do use other affiliated with either mPLUS or mPoints, and should like a clear understanding of where not to waste my time! I'm sure I'm not alone! ORIGINAL COMMENT: Ditto to every comment below... Doesn't issue mPoints. Cannot access mPoints button under rewards tab. Still shows receipts to be added though... ???
Junk app. Email about getting the app to work so I could trade in my points. Nothing. Waste of time.
Little by little, all features have stopped working. Looks like the end of mPoints. Other apps using mPoints are also stopping. Don't see any need to use since they do not reply either.
Google needs to remove this from the play store. The app awards nothing no matter how many receipts you scan. At least ReceiptHog and ReceiptPal are still functioning apps for scanning receipts and slowly earning rewards. I should have checked the reviews, but I can accept my own idiocy for trying, haha. Again, this app doesn't give anything for receipts, no points, nothing. Will be reporting this app as I uninstall it.
