Basically this application is completely useless. The options provided in this application are irritating. There is no any edit options for saved activities. There will be no any software application in the whole world without edit option for saved files or anything. It is full of errors too. It gives server error or you are not a registered user. If, some how server worked then it takes too long to submit activities. Sometimes, GPS location error makes it more difficult to use.

Really Hectic and Pathetic Application. It takes tooo long while submitting Activities. Whenever We Try to Submit Activity "Internal Server Error" or "Network Issue" Always Appear on Screen. It's Happening Since last 10 15 Days

Worst app not working properly,you cannot login in other phone,if your device break or lost.most of the time its shows location error.please fix the location error issue

I updated/re installed this app. It's not loging in now. After every try I found error "unauthorised" I typed user name and password accurate. How can I login??? Help me please.

No option for password recovery and help desk if we have any qoure nobody response i try many time to login in this app this app not showing exactl issue for example i write wrong username or password this app showing only "unauthorized"so how we Will know our password wrong or username really bad experience

This app is not opening since today's morning. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, but still not opening. Kindly resolve this issue. My android phone is Redmi note 10

The app has not been logged in since it was updated, although it was logged out before the update, but since the reinstall, there has been an unauthorized error.

After update 9.09 i am facing "something went wrong in getting location. please check your location" Even i have checked my location which is already set on "high accuracy"

Dengue app is not running. Internet wifi is working proprly in whole device, but in this app, it is showing wifi connection error

Worst app ever. Daily half an hour wast only for location error although location is on at high accuracy.

Application was uninstalled. Then installed latest version using wifi. While trying sign in message appears as " no network available". A lots of time is spent over this application using different connections but no use. Kindly resolve this issue. So that we may perform this duty regularly without fail. Thanks in anticipation.

After uninstalling the app, the new updated version won't log in anywhere. neither on the tab nor the phone. It keeps saying "unauthorized" at the bottom of the screen where the pop up shows for a second. Need to improve it ASAP or do something to make it right immediately.

Useless application. Very bad experience too much server error, location error and already logged on another device error if uninstalled without logging out. Very poor performance of this application. Too much irritating and useless interface ever provided by some provider. Bogus pictures often uploaded to improve the number of activities. Not helpful at all. Only time consuming and with no purposeful

After installing the app I click on open tab. But app can,t open. Please fix the problem for smooth use

Since a few recent updates, the app reacts abnormally. Sometimes we cannot even lon in and at times hotshops does not sync. Even if we take pictures and when we submit app suddenly exits and restarts on its own. It is just a constant headache.

When i opened the app it shows msg for to update the application...and when i have updated it but its not being installed

App signin issue. Plz resolve the issue. All network connection and Wi-Fi network working perfectly.

Very bad app. Useless and wastege of time. All functions are baseless and useless. How it is possible to taking pictures dengue comes to an end. It's a disgusting school of thought. How foolish idea of the creation of such useless app. It's an artificial surgery work. Every function has problem. Location capture issue. Syncing issue. How take pic before and after within minutes.

Ok ,it's all right,but from few days when I want to save a captured image ,it fails showing the remarks "please capture image".Is there any solution, or guide line for me?Is there any problem in my Google Drive? As it shows Google Drive not signed in.If yes then I have forgot my password and code to reset it.On the other hand this version is most easier than the old one. This app is always shows connection error.i uninstall it & then again install to overcome this error on daily basis. Worst app👎

Worst app I've ever used. Developed by totally incompetent developers. Usually mobile apps are made for the convenience of people but you made this app specifically for torturing purposes. Kindly resolve the issues and fix the bugs in your app so that we can live in peace without daily explaining this in position to higher up authorities. I'm encountering following problems with anti-dengue app: 1) Can't login easily, facing server error continuously 2) If you got lucky and made it to login, it will take an eternity to load 3 After years of loading it constantly display error for not capturing GPS location even when internet speed is good gps is on 4) Yesterday I was able to capture pics but again while submitting i got error showing can't send activities because app is not connected even when other applications are running fine. After several attempts the app automatically logged out and now I'm again at step one i.e. could not sign in!

What is the procedure to recover the password,, many users facing this issue as they forgot their passwords, me too..

This app is just irritating. When i open it, its wheel keep on revolving to update patients list. While taking photos, this app often automatically get crashed and upon opening it again you will have to encounter that rotating wheel which is somehow too irritating and time consuming.Also issues of not registered user,not found location, slow net connection still have not been resolved by the brilliant team who has made this app inspite of thousands of 1 rating reviews.

Default in updated version: When we try to login from school Tablet, an error message appears on screen( No network available, please check your Wifi or Data connection). Even though tablet is connected to WiFi and internet connecction is functional but app keeps saying No Network. Kindly resolve this issue.

It is not a good application. It shouldn't for Teachers because time waste while uploading activities. Either make it simple without syncing or make its server heavy on which we can upload saved activities within a minute. A two weeks ago it was working a little bit better. But now it is wasting time very much.

The worst, third standard application i have ever experienced to use. So many problems it creates while working. Some major are, unregistration of IMEI no. Of device many times, GPS Location issues, No inclusion of concise hotspot data, poor synchronization and many others. No debugging support in reviews and email is provided. Even the developers don't reply for official emails. I must recommend to ban on uploading of such apps result of developers stupidities.
