Pura - Smart Fragrance Dispenser

During set up... connects to wifi but never gets passed the update. This is the 2nd one I'm returning. There is noone to talk to when you call to help you trouble shoot. It takes over a month to receive a replacement. New replacement doesn't work with a different issue. Very frustrating and time consuming to get this product to work.

I am unable to access my devices and this has been going on for several weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times without resolve and each time it launches, it opens to a page with a frozen half circle which eventually auto stops and closes. It has been a bit frustrating not being able to manage either of my devices let alone get the app to work.

This is the most frustrating app I could imagine downloading. I have been trying to add 4 diffusers and I receive communication errors after it finds the diffusers. I followed the tutorial and online help, FAIL. I called the help line and received attitude and no help. Their response was a help desk technician will email you. I waited a day for the email. 4 emails back and forth in a 15 hour period of time and no resolution. The questions in the email were worthless, just like this product.

Works 1 out of 10 times I open the app. Takes super long to open the app and even longer to connect to the device. I got the diffusers as a gift but I would never spend a dime on it if it were my money.

Great when it works Giving 3 stars because I love the fragrances but the device doesn't work!!!! It will not stay connected go save my life!!!! Its been on the same wifi network (2.4) and well within range of coverage will not connect to the app!

When I 1st installed the app I was able to create a schedule with my devices. One of the devices got unplugged and I had to reset it so I tried to redo the schedule and the app sort of froze. This happened last week and is still happening. So I'm only able to turn on 1 scent instead of scheduling both scents. I keep checking for updates but haven't seen anything yet.

Excellent!!! Easy to use and love how you can adjust the level of fragrance and switch them so easily!

I gave the app 5 stars and then they took away the timer option on the individual scents page. I don't want to have to set a schedule to stop it from being in "always on" mode when it's turned on. I'll give it 5 stars again if the reinstall the timer option.

My wife loves these things. Set up and scheduling in the app is quick and easy. Scents are really good, too.

I had in the past used an oil diffuser. I love my Pura because I just plug it in and forget about it. It is easy to decide on a scent and the strength of the scent. The scents are great, and you get the choice of two different scents without changing the cartridges. So easy and versatile. I cannot say enough good things about this product.

The device doesn't work and the app won't connect. Good luck getting any help from the service team either. I have been waiting for any type of return call for over a week after contacting the company three times. They cannot even send you a replacement device because they are so backordered. This is a very poorly run operation - don't waste your time or money.

The device screen (where your devices should all show up to set timers, etc.).just spins round and round and never loads, EVER. Can't use my expensive Pura because the app doesn't work, which is very frustrating.

Love the convenience, would be better if there was smart home controls. Really like the beta feature of on demand start to run for "x" amount of time. The scents have been great and super easy to switch out

Something changed recently with the beta "Always On" feature. My device is shutting off every 24 hours or so even no timers are set or anything else that would force it to shut off. Very annoying!

Really enjoying it! I now have 3 pura devices and each one connected without issue. The schedule feature takes a little getting used to but haven't really had any issues.

Received as gift. have used many other brands but like this because puts out consistent fragrance level of my choosing. No mess. Thought might be difficult to set up but very easy instructions. Recommend

Hello somehow when I plugged it in the outlet it said You Will see a blue light now I did see the blue light and continue once it went to the network I noticed that I did not see my network so I had to put it in manually and my network wasn't showing up which I put in it had all the other networks except mine and also my password was not working as well and then t started back to the beginning and then that's when it said can't find device so I just gave up Thank You, Thank You,

The app keeps crashing everytime I try to swap the fragrances. No matter how many times I try to uninstall and reinstall. Very annoying.

Keep getting failed to register device for Bluetooth scan but the app has all the permissions

App was working fine until last 2 days. Now when logged in cannot see anything under deliveries tab. Click on it and it just says loading... I want to switch up my fragrances and can't do anything!

The app works well. There are a few issues: 1. Store filtering doesn't work for all options, and it resets after you view one item and go back 2. In small rooms, the smell is overwhelming (even on 1 intensity). It would be nice to have an interval option. I have 23 schedule items for one of my devices so it only turns on 15 minutes every hour. It will be very annoying to be back and modify.

The Pura device and its app are fantastic. The website is very well done, and I've had nothing but good experiences with customer service. They've built quite a nice ecosystem around a nice looking and nice working air freshener device. The app is extremely easy to understand and program. Maybe once every 3 weeks, it will lose connection, and I will have to reconnect it, but other than that, it's worked perfectly. Note: we have a smart home with very well connected wi-fi in all rooms.

I really liked my Pura at first, but with the app always being so flaky, it's not worth it. It's hard to tell if the UI is not intuitive or if it only seems that way because it never works. I have not been able to shop or control my deliveries via the app. I also kept getting notifications that one sent was running for a week straight, even though I set it up to turn off at night. It's disappointing and way too expensive.

Great Scents and Great Concept! However, the app needs some help. I love all the scents and the constant new additions. The product design (I have 4) is unintrusive and sleek. The ease of the system once finally setup is good. However, the random disconnection and having to completely reset when I add a new scent is frustrating. There are just some bugs that still need work. I would like to see as much attention put into the app development as in the scent selection.

So convenient! I love that you can schedule times for the scents to come on & go off. You also have the option to turn on & off the night light & change colors! I haven't had any issues thus far with the app & it's been very easy to use. I have not used the option to turn the scent off when I leave, so I can't give any remarks on if that works or the radius.

The app (or the device, who knows) continues to degrade in quality. I'm becoming so frustrated that I'm about to give up on my pura altogether, even though I love it, the concept, and the scents so much. The fragrance indicator pretty much always tells me it's high, regardless of its actual level. It practically turns on and off whenever it wants, I'm just so confused at what arbitrary schedule it's following when all 3 devices have had the same schedule for a year now.

Had such high hopes for this product. App never works, sometimes can't even sign in. On the tare occasion I can sign in the app glitches and I can't control my device. Device falls offline more times then not. It is very frustrating. And to top it all off the product doesn't last as long as I would like especially for the price point. Dont waste your time or money!

I manage two devices with the app and it has worked really well so far. Sometimes it it gets confused when the code letters are populated by the scanner instead of manually entered. I would like the ability to schedule an increase in the intensity over a set number of weeks. I would also like to be able to track how long I've used a fragrance since I'll swap them out while there is still a lot of life left.

I am SO disappointed in the last update and have sent many emails about it to tech support, yet still having issues.The nightlight is no longer controlled by schedule. It is controlled by device. So with every change in schedule, the light comes back on even though I turn it OFF. I never want the light on.The original app allowed the user to set the light by schedule to be on or off. The lights ALSO come on arbitrarily. The one in my bedroom has been turning on at 2 am! With no schedule change!

Great idea in theory, but the app continually freezes when you try to swap fragrances. And if you change the delivery date of your next shipment, even weeks in advance, it may already have shipped. The app should really notify you of the last date you can make changes. An app that you have to always delete and re download and still freezes is trash.
