Booking process is worse than before. It keeps freezing, crashing, and booking takes longer every time. In fact, it took 6 minutes for my most recent booking to be processed. The old system was a lot quicker and had fewer technical issues. Also, schedules for my prepaid workshops are missing from my list of bookings. This App is a lemon. Thanks for wasting members' money and time, Pure.

The overall experience is not much better than the old app. In particular the class booking process is significantly more annoying because it resets to a default location which I am not interested in when I switch between yoga and gym. Also the app is unable to recognise my different calendars and can only save the event to my phone calendar (as opposed to calendars on Google).

bad UX, information level on the UI is not clearly design, tap is so shuttle and not easy to spot out at the first time. the schedule list too compact andvthe separation in between 2 lists is not clear. the center select unable to fix on my own center, it default on the Pulse center everytime I open the app (and after I switch back from yoga to fitness tap). The overall UI design look unfinished and not detail enough. (Actually in my pov it look ugly).

Frequent force quit/hang. Couldn't rely on it for check-in becoz the app wait very long time to wait api responses, after successful login, it force quit, re-open again it prompt for update. Its much easier to chk-in with physical card. Besides, the ux not good, too many pop-up screen making useful info in very small long scrolling box. The use of "Book" button or "arrow" under mini-calendar are misleading. Please conduct ux workshop with real users for improvement.

Clear example of how poorly adopted or managed technology leads bad customer experience. Pure, they encourage their member to refer other people to join membership by giving them "reward point". However, even if you made referral successfully, you may have difficulty to enjoy your benefit with "reward point" simply because this app is not capable of managing them. I should have some points left to use but suddenly it shows that i have -650 points. Which makes me impossible to use.

App crashes and loads very slowly

It will be great if there's a function where a pop up for the health declaration form to appear before members can use the "card" button to check in. That they have no choice to fill them up before the button gets enabled. This will make the operation smoothly for the front line staff so they won't have to keep chasing members to fill it in. As not all members have the habit of filling this In before checking in. Some claimed to they will fill in when they haven't. Please implement this.

Pure wake up !! Such a nightmare this app, almost everytime it is downloading i dont want know why but at the end it doesnt work. I have uninstall and install again, it is already my 5 times in 1 month, really not efficient app and before it was much better and simpler

Poor app experience, but sadly I have to use it for my gym bookings. Unstable and buggy. Often need to reload it multiple times, as it just blanks on me, becomes unresponsive, or simply stops loading.

App keeps freezing, whenever you click on "book" it logs for ever. I don't understand why Pure still has not done anything about it considering all the bad feedback.

while it is better as user can access classes across a few centres, the revised version cannot sync with calender, making it extremely inconvenient and worse than last version.

Crashes a lot, buffering for ages, sometimes you just stand there trying to check in at reception and the app is frozen and you wonder why bother wasting time.

This is my 3rd time deleting and re installing it as it keeps stalling or going blank. Unfortunately it's the only way I can book classes.

App cannot sync with phone's calendar properly. thus, no timely reminders and missed classes as a result.

It takes forever to open the app. Sometimes it even crashed and force close. Please fix it asap. Thx!

I haven't been able to open the app. It always displays an error saying that the network is busy and I should try later.

Terrible app, hangs constantly and throws unintelligible error messages. Please fix it, it is unusable.

Nice outlook but would love to have a setting option where you can select which calendar account to add the reminder event to.

Email notifications for PureCast replay links are inconsistent. Several classes booked but email notifications not sent.

Constant errors. Never loads. Try to book a class but it just goes blank and crashes.

frustrating that can no longer add the class to your own calendar and the app doesn't remember your location preference

I can't book any lesson using the app. It kept saying my membership is invalid. Please update the membership status and service plan!!

The worsted apps ever. Nothing work here. Keep asking to update the apps and once I press update it said not available in your country!!!!

The app has various problems after the update. It seems not only my problem. Please have all these fixed!!

Too unstable. Impossible to book popular classes. Error messages...hate it.
