Pure Flashlight Widget

I've been using this app for years. It's been extremely helpful. Yeah it does give the busy camera error and turn off but I never really minded that. I've had this app sence I got my phone and it didn't have flash. Its oddly sentimental to me lol

Doesn't work on s10. Keeps saying "camera busy close other apps" but closing all other apps does nothing.

I like how one can turn off the torch via the proximity sensor. Plus the invisible widget…!

This is the flashlight app of your dreams. Or at least, of my dreams. Its perfect.

Main drawback is When it's dark near screen or front camera it automatically turns flash off and doesn't use any pocket sensor

works at first, but then gives busy camera error.

With the pocket feature, I'm truly impressed.

This flashlight has turned out to be extremely unreliable, regularly shutting itself off while I'm using it, so I have to take back the 5 stars. Old review: Every other flashlight widget out there has a tiny icon of high-res screens and takes several seconds to turns out and off. This one, with the quick mode, solves both. No idea why Samsung decided digging into notifications was better than a widget, but fortunately this fills the gap.

I've had this installed on my LG G3 since I got the phone a year ago. It didn't work right from day 1, but I kept it because it has the most attractive widget icon of all the flashlight widgets. It will turn on just fine, but turn off after just a few seconds. This has gotten even worse since the Lollipop 5.0.1 update. I switched to another widget, and it works perfectly, so I know it's not my phone; it's the widget :(

This app is an abysmal piece of garbage. It just cannot perform its unbelievably basic and simple task of switching on your flash as a flashlight and keeping it on until you decide to switch it off. The random switching off bug has not been corrected for more than a year. This app is in fact so bad, annoying, angering, and outright dangerous to your health, that I felt like reviewing an app for the first time in my life. Shame on you whoever commited this, do not under any circumstance download it

Right after I installed this app I accidentally dropped my phone into a puddle of water, shortly after a cyclist knocked my phone into the road when a steamroller ran it over. I managed to get the phone safely home where I decided to heat up my meal in the microwave. After the microwave blew up, I realised I had put my phone in there by mistake. Before I had chance to put the fire out the whole house blew up because I forgot to turn off the gas on the cooker 3 weeks ago. And now my phones broke!!

Have had this widget for awhile, since the new update it shuts off after a few seconds which is very annoying. Went back to the stock widget.

Great simple app. Used it for a while. But I just realized that my phone already has a wiget for this and it responds much faster. Never had any issues with this app.

I appreciate the free app, but unfortunately it doesn't work properly now. It turns off after a few seconds.

As I love customising my home screen almost daily, the original flashlight widget on the Samsung looks out of place with the rest of the set up and was looking for a smaller alternative. To my surprise, the dev includes an invisible widget which is perfect for me. Well done!

Flashlight turns off all the time. Super annoying. Love the invisible feature though... Please fix

Turns off on its own and doesn't stay on for longer than 3 minutes. Sometimes I desperately need the light and it turns off. Not sure if it's bc of lollipop update on my Note 3.

Nice widget, make it so it won't stop (turn off the light) even the widget icon says it's on... when I close my phone screen or after my screen locks an I will give you a 5 star. Thanks!

Great idea, terrible implementation, at least on my LG G3. Tapping the launch button results in a long delay before the flashlight turns on, if at all. Usually i end up tapping the launcher a few times, resulting in a on/off effect. Uninstalling.

The light randomly shuts off after a few seconds. Other than that, it's a great widget.

Icon looks clean and good, widget means you don't have to open an app. A few customisable features

Best thing is that it can be invisible on your home screen and resized. It does toggle itself off sometimes, but its a quick tap (or two) to fix it. Great job.

The crap shuts off by itself after a few seconds. Been using it for more than half a year but last months it started shutting off automatically. Quite annoying when you really need it...
