I am updating my review. Since the recent update, the app is working as it should! Original Review: Several weeks now, unable to use the app and it is allowed GPS access. Fails to load, on wifi, on cellular, and even when manually input a zipcode. please fix this as the app is much easier to use than the website. Works on my iPhone but doesnt work on the Android. I also like the look and feel of the one on the iPhone. Maybe if this gets updated it too will look like it.

While the database does list the stations, the map section rarely shows on screen, then when it does - it locks up and does not allow to zoom in or acroll. It just locks up on the map. When using the listing to navigate to the station via Google maps - it does NOT take me to the station. It picks somewhere a half mile away. Aggravating.

I was hoping the app would be better than the website. I want to find stations with 91 only. The app does give you a location-based map, but it doesn't give you any information about the station. Just an option to call it. I guess I'll go back to using the website. The problem with the site is that it just gives you a big list and you have to search for cities near you and then search for the octane rating you're looking for. Total pain.

2018: better to just pull up the web site. app worthless. 2021: Tried it again. Looks better, but only gives your state. Forget about using it for any planning distant trips (where you really need it). July 2021 update. Still a worthless app for planning. Web site is the only way to get any info. Update sept 2021. Tried to contact support. No reply. Still no change to app. Still only see current state i'm located in. Worthless for planning.

The app itself is okay. It does take a while to get a fix, but only a minute or so. The problem is that the crowd-sourced database is not always accurate. Other than the Stewart's and Mirabito stores, which almost always have ethanol-free premium, I've found the rest to be hit-or-miss. That's not the developer's fault. It's just a fact of life when using crowd-sourced data.

I've been using this app for a few years and think it's neat, but It is a bit querky. You have to use the app to find stations near you, but then you have to go on the website to get the details to make sure you aren't going to a hardware store that sells 2 cycle gas. The app should show the details for the station when you click on the name like the website does, and not just automatically open google maps to give you directions.

List of gas stations doesn't to be up to date and there doesn't seem to be any way to change or add new ones. Plus the list doesn't actually work and says I'm 0 miles away from every gas station in the US. The app has GPS access but it still says I'm 0 miles away from every single state.

This app needs a lot of work. It will literally take you to the middle of nowhere most of the time. It does work sometimes but it could help if it had a some way of giving feedback. That way people using it can say hey it is completly incorrect or close just adjust.

Worked fine for awhile, then stopped loading list and maps, deleted and reinstalled app and still nothing. Even when it was working it doesn't say octane rating, just eth free. I need 91 non-eth and many stations on here only have 88 non-eth. Used on Google Pixel (Android)

For several weeks stations have failed to load on both my tablet and phone. GPS is on and other location-dependent apps work fine. I have good connections and am close to stations with E0. Considering uninstalling and working with site only.

for some reason this app stop loading up! when it worked I depended on it to find what I was looking for on my trips north. otherwise 4 stars. I would like to see it interact with maps so I could see what is coming up while traveling, and what exits have pure gas

I was excited to download this app and locate ethanol-free gas for my motorcycle during a ride one day. Unfortunately, every time I launch the app I am greeted with "An error occured. Retry?". I have not been able to do anything in the app. Hopefully they fix it soon. There is no place to report issues in the app so I hope they are reading the app store reviews. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S8+.

Traveled for 6 weeks in the US with this app, and worked well. For the detractors saying stations weren't listed, try adding them to the database, instead of whining. It's how the stations get listed!

installed on Samsung Galaxy S8 Active this morning. Didn't work, just kept buffering. Tried to utilize the search feature and the app crashed. Uninstalled the app. Waited a few minutes and reinstalled the app, same issues.

No worky... uninstalled 2 minutes after installing. App just timed out without displaying any stations....then it crashed. Restarted the app, restarted the phone, but the app just kept repeating the timeout-crash scenario.

Needs improvement to at least show octane choice(s) available at each station, and select either another state or widen the map display radius...features that the webapp does that are necessary to make this useful for travelers like me.

App loads up and has errors with no information. I will update to a higher rating when the problem is fixed. Website is awesome and I love the idea of having it for an app, if it works. LOL
