Extremely disappointing that a company so great has terrible server issues within this application. I have a Galaxy S8 and the app constantly needs to be force closed, uninstalled and reinstalled. I have no other purpose or desire to buy an iPad or any Apple device just to be able to properly use this app. The app would be great, if it actually worked the way it was supposed to. Very frustrating.
Great concept ... terrible application. Some days I can't open the app without it crashing. I can't ever get the sync button to work. Not a quick way to put all inventory on sale when running a special. That's just for starters.
The app runs like apps were just introduced to the world. Doesn't autosync, I have to manually sync whenever new products come out or after every party- only... IT NEVER ALLOWS ME TO SYNC. With as much money this company is making from us, you'd think they'd have a better IT department with 21st century like apps. 🤦🏻♀️
Dont Bother...application does not sync, does not load, incorrect inventory and crashes upon opening. Every time! in terms of a business platform for an australian consultant personally I find it useless. The concept HAS potential. Application also does not talk to square app (which I was advised it would upon becoming a consultant - including a discounted rate with square - square service know nothing of this agreement between Pure Romance and them for discounted transactions)
so many bugs and app crashes way too much, especially when entering orders for parties. screens don't let you scroll when entering information at times and sync button only works when it wants to but doesn't always save inventory
Wont let me log in at all. I've cleared cache, data, and everything else as far as trouble shooting. The loading wheel just spins when I try to log in. Worthless. I'm a new consultant and this would have been wonderful to have
NOTICE: This app is no longer live. It does not work and should be removed from the Google play database. When this app was functioning it was the GREATEST sales app I've ever used! I wish so much that Pure Romance would get it back up and running. With how wonderful it was I don't understand what could possibly make PR not renew whatever contract
This app apparently still can't be used with Android tablets! I even went and purchased an upgraded tablet just to be able to use this for my business. This is disappointing because it works great on iPads and is awesome to use, but I refuse to by an iPad just for this app. It is 2018, figure out how to make it work.
Absolutely Love this app. it makes my entire work life so much easier. From ordering to tracking addresses and more! This is a MUST HAVE! Thank you for all you do to keep us updated and fix our issues.
My coo doesn't sync to the app, I cannot add a lot of products to my inventory tab because they cannot be found through search. I also don't think PS is not compatible with s9+.
restart app, i am having issues with this app restarting way to often. and missing with my inventory. its good for a quick random input but i dont like using it for parties.
You can't delete contacts? Sync button barely works. Doesn't sync contacts to COO. Not intuitive at all. There is so much wrong with this app... Ugh!
The app constantly crashes while im trying to use it. I have tried for 5-10 minutes tying to put in a web order. Everytime I almost done with what im working on it crashes
It doesn't work on my OppoR15 Pro. I get the loading screen when attempting to log in, but can't get further than that. This app looks like it has potential, however, is useless
Garbage. I can't even use it. It crashes everytime I attempt to do anything on it. Not helpful to me as a consultant in the least bit. Very frustrating.
I've been trying to log in my inventory and it repeatedly keeps crashing. Aggitatated would be an understatement!
Had my first party tonight. Had already played around with Pure Sale to create a party and familiarize myself. Tonight it took over 8 minutes to sync and open, I placed 3 orders, then they disappeared. When I tried to open again, it took over 12 minutes and my orders and all other information were gone.
Thanks to Dan and the Pure Sale team. Pure Sale makes life SO MUCH EASIER!! There is a slight learning curve, just like with anything else. But once you get it, well, I can't imagine running my business without it.
Got some bugs. But They keep us updated on those via the Facebook group! This app is still growing, a few bumps and bruises, but it is a GREAT app! Love it!

In hindsight the app would work really well but as it stands right now for us in Australia there's nothing in it, no products, no prices nothing to actually physically use.
You can't sync with your coo. Not all products are listed in the inventory. Not nearly as helpful as it should be.
Complete TRASH! It won't even load. Worst app ever. You can't call it a tool if it doesn't work.
I just found out Pure Romance no longer uses Pure Sale. When I was a consultant a few years ago it was a great tool and now they've then it away. What a shame.
It just keeps saying loading and it won't go to the main page! Its super slow!!
App shuts down and says it isnt optimized with my tablet. Bought a brand new one for this only and can't even use it.
I cant even get into the app!!! It just sits on the inventory loading and wont go past that point!!
Wont open after i try to log into it. The circle just keeps spinning 😫 im a new consultant. Not happy at all
I can't get the app to even load I put in my consultant # and password and it just does the loading circle of death and I have my first party tomorrow and this isn't working
Selling percent wrong. Does not sync. Changes inventory to invalid info. Nothing on inventory to order. Many hours of frustration and wasted time. Was forced to set up Excel spreadsheets to get things moving. This does not encourage confidence in the business start-up, and hinders focus on getting "ducks in a row" for party, product education, and the business processes in general. I contacted coo and was told to sync and clear cache. Nothing was said about glitches with Samsung devices.
