Connects to my Elan IR5. But once my phone is disconnected from Wifi and at a future point reconnect to wifi, the app will not re-connect to the radio unless the radio is completely unplugged then plugged in again. Can you please confirm what you are going to do about this as can see from other reviews here that I am not the only one!!
A good app for remote control of my Pure F3 radio, but it can be difficult to navigate to the option you want to get to! So 4/5 stars.
Absolutely useless. Very basic app which worked for 2 weeks with my Pure Elan IR5 then suddenly decided to not even recognise the device anymore. Will no longer connect despite all my efforts including doing power cycles. The developers are obviously asleep at their station as I am not the only one with this problem and nothing has been addressed.
Works well with my F3, wish all the main menu features such as editing Alarms were available through the App, then I'd give 5 stars
Works for a while when I power cycle the Elan IR3. After that impossible to connect until the next power cycle. Therefore, almost useless apart from setting the preset stations. Same experience with several different android devices (Oreo and Pie). I wonder if the devs read these comments since many have the similar problem...
Connects too well: if I have Bluetooth enabled on my phone and the radio is powered on, the phone now considers itself connected to the radio and therefore won't play through its own speakers (even though the radio is playing from a different source).
When it works the app is very good. However as others have said it looses connection with your phone. Perhaps the developer should set a new year resolution to fix this. It would be much appreciated. Thanks 😌
Great music system. App not too bad but missing a major feature - alarms cannot be set with the app. Setting alarms on the device is far too difficult for a bedside unit.
Dreadful App. Great hardware. Constantly loses connection and can't find the radio. If it does work, it's a pretty pointless affair.
App worked fine upon initial purchase of my Evoke F3 with Samsung S9, upgraded to S10 had to factory reset as repeatedly got "no audio system found" reinstalled app and it worked for less than 12 hours. Please fix this app it has so much potential!
Frustrating. VERY hit or miss. Fails to find the radio 9 out of 10 times (and that's being kind)!! Reading other reviews, common thread here. Why is it allowed to persist? Anyone working on it? Doesn't appear to bear fruit if they are.
Utter rubbish. Couldn't get this or the equality useless UNDOK app to even find my radio. The quickest uninstall in history. It's easier to get off my fat arse and manually adjust the radio. Why can't Pure provide a proper remote like Roberts???
These ratings seem a bit unfair or old. Simple and useful. Could do with a search function.
Most terrible app. Can't find my device anymore and is asking all the time for an access point. The Elan IR5 is already connected to WiFi. Best for the bin!
I connected my radio with the app, then when I don't use for a few days it's forgotten the radio and cannot find it to reconnect. Probably the worst app I've ever downloaded
Useless. Rarely connects to the radio, if it does it drops the connection. The app is a waste of time.
This app needs development lots of bugs. Usually works on initial download then loses and fails to pick up Elan IR3 internet radio. Pure is a respected brand it is sad that this app does not reflect this.
Works faultlessly with Evoke F3 and my Nokia phone and so much easier than using the provided remote control. Well satisfied.
worked fine when I first installed the app, but the next time I went to use it, it couldn't connect to my Elan IR5 at all. very disappointed in this app.

A power cycle of my IR 3 radio is necessary for the app to reconnect - which makes it rather useless.
A lille basic, but works well with the Evoke C-F6. Would be better if it was integrated with Flow Live as well.
Useless. Cannot find Evoke F3 radio although connected to same wireless network.
Awful app, if i am connected by mobile to my Elan ir5 in the house and I happen to leave the house with my mobile I have to turn off and restart the radio to connect it to my phone....rubbish.
A simple but adequate app , makes life easier !

Can only assume this app has undergone a major overhaul since receiving all the earlier unfavourable reviews. Very simple to install and use and, so far at least, very reliable. Includes at least one option I could not find at all within the very sketchy instructions accompanying my Elan IR3, viz; setting time selection to Network or Manual. (Important when daylight savings time changes.)
