Very very slow to update have no idea were merchadise is is transit
When it works its fantastic. Crashes constantly. I ship everyday for work from multiple customer sites all over the province. The app provides a great tool for us to do business with purolator but the app quality is not consistent enough to use. Over all quite disappointed with the app.
1. Didn't tell me an item was out for delivery until 2 hrs after delivery was attempted. Which I learned via email, not this app. Although home, I did not hear a knock on my door. Had to contact CX care to get rescheduled for delivery which required going online via browser and fighting with the virtual assistant until connected to a real person. 2. Does not allow me to schedule a pickup. Went online and scheduled there. Tried in app with same info but continue button greyed out.
This app works but take more than 1 minute to start. Tried to clear cache and data without success. The phone turn off the screen before the app start. I have to touch the screen during app launch to keep the phone awake. Phone is Samsung A50. App not useable.
This app is pointless all I can see is delivery time and a nap I don't need. Would be great if it was a real time and can notify you (please put notification features for on the way and confirmation of delivery) pointless app that only looks good for show absolutely worthless app. Do better!
Horrible services and call them and didn't answer. They even didn't know how to write the address.
Works fine. Does not however, allow changes to shipping address. I wasn't home due to business & couldn't change the receiving address to a family members. Not very customer friendly, even after multiple calls trying to change the address. My package is going to sit unattended for days. I set up an automated notification to email me once the package arrived in my province & never got one.
Whole the app does mostly work, it's lacking some of the information provided online via the web app and also won't show any more details after entering the destination postal code of a shipment, instead just closing the modal with no change. Stick to the web app where possible, the app isn't worth it.
I was very frustrated as the app doesnt allow delivery changes which the driver would get and be able to adjust delivery plan. My package was delivered to wrong address with no signature from me and the person at that address stole the package and its contents. Now I have no package and my friends birthday totally sucked.
It's pretty good but not perfect. It does what it needs to create a shipment but I think could be cleaner and a little more user friendly. For instance there no way to check all the details of an order before submitting. I like to review and double check all the details, name address, phone number, size of package etc. Other shippers have that feature.
