Purplle providing good range to select product but application taking too much time to process and having bug too. When I'm placing my first order free gift added in cart but when I clicked to choose/change gift it shows a blank page and demanding to select atleast a product. How can I select a product from No Product? I need to restart app to proceed further. Kindly look into this and do the needful.
This is such a fraud app. It was my first purchase by seeing their offer like get free lipsticks on your first order and i took the survey and they apply charges to it. But i never bother because it is just only 99 so i order it by using my gpay then there is nothing in 'my orders'. Where is order details? And again they want me to pay for it. I want cash back or the product.
My experience have been very bad about this app. I have ordered on 26th april, which was estimated to be delivered on 1st May but it had not been delivered yet.They are postponing the delivery date again n again. They have taken the payment and not delivering the order. Very poor service. If they can't deliver they should atleast refund the amount payed.
User friendly app. Affordable prices. Easy filters to search. Wide range of products. Totally loved shopping at Purplle. Even cash back policy and easy returns available. Kajal,lip tints,eye liners,face sheets etc etc all are available at reasonable pricing.
This is very bad app don't order anything from here every time I login but it's automatically logoff and next did not login for long time and also I have ordered 1 item it is not showing in my order history or also did not have any knowledge about it where it is. Very very very bad app
i would rate it minus if possible. Customer support is very worst. when you are a new user you will get your first and second order on or before time. But as gradually start using it they purposely delay your orders and start giving random excuses. Better use any other application if possible. Will be deleting after posting the review. And would advise all my friends and colleagues to remove the application as well. Their customer care idiots don't have any clue about deliveries.
I used to love this app. But there is a useless condition that I cannot shop under 500 in COD (for non elite members obviously!) I added the products to the cart and it's saying you don't deliver in cod under 500. You just lost a loyal customer who is shopping from you for like more than 3 years. Sometime we are unable to pay online and also doesn't need a lot of products. I'm done. Uninstalling!
I have been using this app for long time. This app is really good.All products are genuine but recently many of the products are showing minimum quantity two when I am trying to order it. So it's a problem.I can not buy two same products when I am first buying it( can be suitable or not in my skin so). Then I have to leave the product. That's the problem
One of the best ever shopping experience i got from purplle, whenever i want to buy something first i check it on purplle if available i order it if not then search on other platforms 2nd thing i love about purplle is that their delivery service are awesome 😎 and 3rd their easy refund/return/replacement policy which is contactless by the way i mean same day action on issues and same day refund in most cases. The only this i am waiting is their expansion on inclusion of various other brands...
I am experiencing problem and purplle is not resolving it. Worst experience ever. I have send tons of emails, even send WhatsApp msgs but no help. My prepaid order arrived and i couldn't receive it coz i couldn't provide the delivery guy some 6 digit code coz PURPPLE had not send me any code. N on trying to log into my account on the app i couldn't coz i am not receiving any OTP on my number.
It's a nice app with great offers and delivery. The only problem is that it is not user friendly. It's not tidy. Just has something going on everywhere. Too much of clutter.. And also the same products are divided into two or more sections.. If a toner has 10 flavours, a few will be there at one place together and the somewhere else together. I feel like the graphics should be a little minimal and tidy and the products properly organised.
Installed because saw a good discount on a product. But then realised the actual thing I wanted was out of stock. After that started getting crazy notifications. So finally going to uninstall. lesson for owners : focus on ensuring you have all products that competition has and price them smartly. And stop annoying customers with notifications when you don't have something relevant or useful to say. Goodbye Purrple. BTW Nykaa also didn't work for me. I got my thing from Myntra finally.
This app has great products with amazing offers and discounts. My only complaint is the lousy courier partner XPRESSBEES as there was no call regarding delivery and yet the reason for failed delivery was given as COD not available and then the return was initiated without call for delivery. It's disappointing that such a great app has this sort of courier service. please get another partner or else the app will suffer greatly. Please use DELHIVERY as courier partner as they are always prompt.
Services are really poor. First they will send you wrong products and then never return or refund. Customer experience team is awful. Please never order from this app. Please use nykaa or Myntra. Their customers support and products are authenticate. But this purple is really poor. Never use this app. I ordered worth rs 1600 and they have sent me the wrong product and now they are not returning. This app is just waste of time. They are very poor and I am regretting now.

Such an pathetic experience regarding delivery , everytime I have to raise a complaint where other apps are delivering orders before time this app is not delivering the item even on the delivery date... This time my order is of 8k and I have spent alot of money on this app earlier also but I don't think that it's worthy to wait for the order to delivered so late otherwise the app is best and they provide authentic product along with huge discount and freebies still will have to switch now
Ordered a NYbae Gloss Getter Lip Gloss a few days ago. Received a different product. That's cool. The disappointment starts when you place a return request. Hardly they call you to verify, and you will receive a message that sorry it cannot be verified. Now you will call their call centre because it's about your hard earned money ( which they obviously don't care). Then they will ask you each and every detail, they ask you to raise the request again because you couldn't post a right image.
Love purple very much ... You get to buy products with good quality within ur budget as purple provides lots of offers and taking membership( which is also very budget friendly) is like cherry on the top as you get freebies on every order.
I never write review for any app but for this app I will have to write one cause I just love it so much! I have been a regular customer in purplle and I have never been disappointed with their services, their packaging is excellent and let me not even start with the amazing offers and deals. Its the best app for people with a budget specially for teenagers like me! Cant wait to shop more ❤
Purple is my favorite app, all its products are very good, when I ordered face serum for the first time, I loved it and its delivery was also ahead of time, then I started ordering products from purple itself. Because what I used to buy from the market was cheap on Purple, due to which I saved a lot, and also get a small gift with the product, which makes me very happy, now Purple has become my best online app for all my Friends also order from Purple. thanks purple
Offers are good but they are cheaters..At the time of ordering they were showing different free products and after placing the order free products changed.. Couldn't expect this from a reputed app..
I have found better price deals on Amazon even though I am an elite member of this stupid purplle app. Do not waste your money by being an elite member. You have to but at least one product of elite category to get free shipping. It's useless. And costs you more.
This is a great app. In my last order, two of products were missing. I complained about it. The customer care guided me what to do, and today I received my products which were redispatched again. They were very punctual and took care of the situation very well. Well done, purplle team.
Absolutely horrible return policy. First I get items that don't even match their pictures then when I try to return they ask for pictures, and every time I try to upload the pictures they ask for the app crashes and doesn't let me complete the process. I'm very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend the app to anyone
