Seems to work OK on my Galaxy S10 except I don't get any alerts when the doctor sends a message. It would probably help if the app was updated for more current versions of Android. I currently have version 11
Amazing! I was able to get the help I needed without even getting out of bed. Super fast and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this app!
I've had no problem with the app, but the provider is another story. They are dishonest and definitely liars. I no longer trust them, and if you are considering their services, look elsewhere. I have been waiting for over a month now for a prescription they claim to have called in, not once,, not twice, but three times. Customer service is a joke. It's a clown show.
It's a great idea but it needs to be updated. It's not allowing me the right permissions in my phone and I can't set up an account
App is buggy as all hell, hasn't been updated in years. Now due to Covid lock down I can't visit a doctor for anything elective like nail fungus, hemorrhoids, razor rash etc. And this stupid buggy app won't allow me to send the Dr. my photo ID. Fail!
Every time I open this app it says its made for an older android cell phone. To check for an update. It causes me to question the security of my healthcare records!
Waste of time. Asked for a specific thing, now 'doctor' is asking pointless questions implying i have a thyroid issue, which i dont. 2 days have passed by. Not fast, not convenient, uninstalling.
The very worst app I have ever used. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21. I feel the inability to upload my information was intentional. Took my money and ran..
Don't even try. Care providers are school undergraduates and seems like not very fluent in english.

It's Christmas Eve and my PCP was closed and I needed RX for UTI. With this app everything was done in less than an hour and I had my RX before day was over. Thank you.
Worst service worst app,dont even use them save yourself from this people that will take advantage of your situation.they charge you $65 everytime you need refills.theres no follow up or something they just keep charging you.they will take your money and overcharge you everytime you will need refills, dont even do it you will regret it.
The button to attach a photo isn't working in the messaging feature.
Doesn't work with recent version of Android. Only shows blank screens

Ok so the service it self has been great for me so far. The doctor has been doing his job just fine. The app is what makes it get a 3. The buggy. You cant attach any pictures to send to the doctor. When you try typing you cant see what your typing because the keyboard blocks it. Please update this app. It's been years since the last update
