I like the pullup one so far, just started the pushup one. Also downloaded the situp one and squat one. For pushups I can do 21, around 3 on pullups and I hope to finish the last level on both in the next 6 months or so. Other exercise I do includes standard curls, hammer curls, and over head press all with (20 pound dumbells). My goal is to increase my overall fitness, gain some upper body strength and muscle and this app is very helpful. 5 stars.
The progress is good and it keeps you fit as you grow more advanced.
There's only 1 thing to improve. you have to put lights on settings.
I love the way this app guides you at your own pace.
This so far has been a good app for those getting back into fitness like myself. The workouts start out at a level I can keep up with. I will have to wait and see how my strength goes up as I use this app more.
Get this - I was able to do 100 push ups at the end of the program. It doesn't try be be more than it is. I love that it maintains 5 sets for each session. I feel it's important to test your ability to do a long set. I've used other push-up apps that just extend the number of short rep sets you do, and I haven't had the same success. Get this app!!!
Great app , You can Proceed to 90 pushups in 4 week with this app i had 68 pushups in just 30 Second !
Cool app. like a personal trainer. Only bug is please fix the screen sleep timeout override. Counting down during rest, the screen shuts off before the timer is up. Other than that, great app.
Yah it actually makes u go boom boom.. Earlier I was a 20 pushup kid but now following this app I a 60 pushup machine straightaway.. And getting better
I just had ACL surgery a few days ago and am not ready to get back to the gym so I'm using this app and their pull-up app every day advancing a level to keep my upper body alive while I focus most of my energy on rehabbing my lower body.
I've tried many push up apps but I keep coming back to this app. It is no frills and I love it.
Needs a little improvements for app functions like screen countdown , after counting down from the rest time it shuts the screen down automatically , specially to users that use pin codes to unlock the screen it takes too long to go forward to the next one.
Pretty nifty app, doesn't have too obtrusive ads, really improves your push up counts, that is if you're being honest with yourself and state the correct number of push ups you can do.
It works if u do this correct and at a good past..try doing the same level for 3 r 4 days, maybe even a week before going to the next

It is very helpful.
I have found the app most helpful in the ability to increase the number of push ups I can do at 77, I am able to perform 150 per day. I feel the benefit results from the modest increases as well as the 60 second and daily recovery periods.
