This one is even worst it gives u 2 ads at a time every 15 seconds. B.S. & FUBAR
As soon as you click on the first workout you are attacked by adds over and over again.
Would have gave it 5 stars but lots of advertisements pops out...
When i got it all that showed up werw ads after ads and i was never able to actually use the app
I progressed trough this training and i've achived great strenght and nice abs.
The pop up ads are a turn off on this app
