It doesn't tailor your plan to what you can already do, which is surely the main point of these apps, otherwise it's just a list of unsuitable daily plans. It's also way to easy to accidentally complete a set
For a free app I have nothing against it, does what it's supposed to, workout a bit easy for me, but i guess it was made for people who want to loose weight. Kudos for the devs!
Fun so far on day two and it's really motivating, it's a little weird using my nose as opposed to chest to touch to ground to count reps but keeps it fun I suppose.
This workout app make every workout fun and easy. I would of gave it five stars if this app had more features.

Very structured app. The nose touch on ur screen to count pushups ensure you do the pushups correctly, atleast as far as how low you should be going. The breakdown of the different sets helps with a break in-between helps you to not waste time, but keep on schedule to finish within a reasonable time. Great app!
