It is reliable to connect, I've found between devices. However there are some small but important things I miss that will start me hunting again for an app. I do not like SEND ON ENTER. Sometimes some awful scenarios can happen from that. I do not care for the fact that I cannot find how to DELETE a MESSAGE or just one conversation. When I get multiple security one time codes I don't like my SMS file tree being filled up with them. I can't find how to delete them, and submitting a request got only boilerplate "LET US TELL YOU WHAT PUSHBULLET CAN DO" ... I'm concerned about these things apparently you can't do. While the 3 might seem minor I miss them. I hope I don't have to go back to google messages or mysms. smh

Uses to work perfectly, but stopped working like all the rest. Never had any issues pushing photos previously and haven't changed any camera settings but now suddenly won't let me send anything saying the files are 'too big'.

Highly recommend you to try it! Very convenient and fast way to transfer day-to-day data across devices, e.g. phone numbers, notes, screenshots, links, files, etc.

I have been using this app for years for quick file transfer between my phone and laptop.

Downloaded Pushbullet on my mobile and on my laptop On the laptop it looks ok. It connected to my google account ok and got my contacts and messages. But on the mobile nothing is shown. I only get a message "no conversations" . So disappointing. Such a waste of time. Why do they offer these apps if they dont work?

Very versatile and very reliable. It works well and has a well thought out user interface. I use it to transfer data between my computer and my phone. It is also a part of my home automation system.

Google and Microsoft both have apps now for SMS between phone and PC, but what I really like about pushbullet is the ability to push a hyperlink from my phone to my PC.

It's great, does what it says on the tin and it's very reliable

Doesn't support native windows notifications. Users should be given options. Maybe premium users could be give the option of choosing native windows notifications or the built-in one. I want native windows notifications because I extensively use focus mode and I don't want to have multiple do not disturb options from different apps. I prefer to have one centralized one.

I would have given it 5 stars if it were just a tad more consistent and the texts included the pics attached. However, I really like this app.

I've used this app for years. The app itself works fine, being able to send thing between mobile and pc and vice versa with just a few clicks is great, but now I'm constantly getting notified of it using high cpu usage in the background when I barely ever open the app, let alone use it. Nothing but a massive battery drain for absolutely no reason. It's a shame because I enjoyed the app, and the only reason it's not 1 star is because the app does still work.

I *love* the idea of pushbullet and it has helped me a lot in the past. But it unfortunately has various issues that make it annoying at times. The biggest issue is that notifications sometimes just don't show up on PC. No consistency in why. It also doesn't seem to work well with non default SMS apps. Finally, notifications often are still shown on desktop loooong after they've been cleared on mobile. It makes the browser notification badge useless because it's usually a red herring.

I had no idea just how much this app did until very recently. A friend introduced Pushbullet to me a while ago, but, after factory resetting my phone, I was reconfiguring my settings and discovered the absolute genius behind this app. I can access all of the files on any of my three devices from any of the other three and, so long as they're on, I can just log into chrome on any computer and access those files though the extension. It's ridiculous how much this app does for the free option.

Used to like it, not so much now Have been using this for years. It used to be the perfect app for sharing literally anything with oneself or other people, whether it's an URL or quickly sending files from your phone to your computer. Now it doesn't even let me send a file that is only 4.4MB in size. End-to-end encryption's passwords have been verified twice across every devices, and it is working fine with the URL sending function. It just doesn't let me send my file. What a disappointment after all these years.

The best of the best. I have used this apps over 4 years and use it extensively. Here is the pros: 1. Very fast; 2. Consistent; 3. Reliable; 4. Very little downtime; 4. for API users, this is a great apps and second to none; 5. Able to support any business that requires high volume of text interactions; 6. It is worth a lot more than $39 a year. Cons: 1. Pushbullet hides texts sent are stuck; 2. It shows only 30 texts; 3. it has no schedule text feature; it has no ability to search.

I've used the pro version for a bit over a year now. And enough is enough. I use it strictly for texting from my computer, and over time it's just become too annoying to continue to use and pay for. I am constantly touching my phone to unlock it because it won't send my messages from my computer otherwise. But the main reason I am moving on from this app is because it is a HUGE struggle to set up initially - or to re-set up on a reformatted device. I have wasted way to many hours trying to get it to work. And support is useless. The UI is unintuitive and just not worth the time. There are less complicated alternatives available. Find something else.

This app has made my life so much easier and has damn near made my Samsung Galaxy watch obsolete. Being able to have access to all of my phone notifications from my messaging apps to Facebook Messenger and emails on my laptop, is amazing. The plug in for the Chrome browser works about 99% of the time. The desktop notification via the Chrome browser in Windows 10 works about 70% of the time. But as I am always on Chrome, it's not really a big deal.

I've been using Pushbullet for about a year now, and I love it. It's so convenient to be able to receive and send texts from my laptop. There's only two issues l see with the app. One is that texts you sent from your laptop aren't captured by your phone. The other is that sometimes texts sent from the laptop freeze up, won't immediately "push." But these are trivial, not major, the app is great.

Very random behavior. Downloaded MOST, but not all, SMS messages from phone to PC on install, but missed some. Can send from PC, and it shows up on the phone, but not the other way around. All permissions set... No rhyme or reason to the behavior. No way to see why it works fine in one conversation, but not another. Useless with this behavior.

The app is really good. The one issue is that chrome is only listed once even though I have multiple PCs that use the extension. I've seen discussions suggesting the use of the desktop app, but office policies are strict. Why not have an option to add a name to each chrome extension? I could name my work computer differently from my PC and they could both show up in the list as different Chrome instances. If that could be done, this app is pretty much perfect.

This app was great when I started using it a few years ago. There weren't many alternatives and this seemed to be the best option. In the last 6 months I have encountered several issues that require attention. I tried reaching out to the developer on several occasions but after months of trying I have received 0 response. I am now downgrading from the Pro version and uninstalling, will look elsewhere for similar services.

This ap was outstanding, and I used it just about every single day. But then they updated it and now they want to charge a monthly price in order to send as many messages as you want. I am not going to pay monthly for this, and instead the minute I hit my "monthly limit" I am uninstalling it and finding a new one. I would even pay a price upfront, but it's the same price as Spotify so there is no way I'm paying monthly.

This used to be a great app but it's a real shame that it's not stayed that way, it has progressively become more buggy in the time I've been using it. Typical glitches include errors saying the message couldn't be sent when it has in fact been sent, and new messages appearing in my notifications but not in any of the app's SMS lists, which have a habit of duplicating themselves with each reinstall. It once worked smoothly but now is very frustrating, such that I'm quitting. Big shame.

Dan. Jun 2, 2021

It used to be ok. Never perfect but it worked fine. Nowadays, I get more and more failed attempts of transferring or doing anything really. So after thinking for a while I figured out that I'm wasting far more time trying to make Pushbullet work than uploading the files anywhere else. So I'm uninstalling it now for good and just dropping this comment for the ones who are thinking about trying it out, to spare them the frustrations.

Wish that the desktop app would work. Until it gets fixed I'll be using Microsoft's Your Phone Companion for notification mirroring. The problem is that when I click sign in with Google, it takes me to a web portal but the app doesn't do anything. But this is about the mobile app. The UI is nice, and the Apple-like bar at the bottom clearly displays all four main functions. No ads, but there is Pushbullet Pro, which unlocks dark mode, alongside time-saving things such as universal clipboard...
