PushOperations Shift Schedule

I originally used my own email but when I was given a company email it suddenly doesn't recognize the login at all. Even after resetting absolutely nothing. Only when I log in on the mobile site does it work and even emailing their development team didn't help as they never answered my emails. Hardly worth having an app I can only use half of;; if I didn't need it for work I wouldn't use it.

This is good app but one thing is not accessible is the PAY STUB by the individual employee. I think that in MY FILES section will be accessible my PAY STUB but it is exclusively by the PAY STUB owner... NO OTHER person can access on it, because we or I can not see what's going on specially if the salary was direct deposited to my Bank. Thank you.

Update loop. App asks for an update, no update exists. Fresh install, same issue. Off to a great start with first use of this app.

Unusable, it tells me to update when I open the app but that just comes back to the page I installed it from and gives no option to update.

I've used Push for a few different places I've worked at and like it. User friendly. It be helpful if you could send pics tho...

I just downloaded this app and now it just constantly gives an update pop up menu that comes up everytime I open the app

Tells me to update literally every time I open it. It's already updated. I can't update any harder.

The app.is telling me to update but I can not for reason I do not know. I can not see my schedules, my pay stubs and notes from my empolyer. They can not even figure who why I can get into the app.

Possibly the worst scheduling app available. Many problems but the main one is that it doesn't put shifts in chronological order. Meaning my evening shift is listed first, followed by my morning one. If a scheduler can't do this right, you should probably start over again. Update: I'm now reinstalling the app as it will not start without crashing. Shifts are still not listed in order. I can see this is a widespread issue in other reviews, and is not being addressed by the developers.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! After doing a update on my phone, I wasn't able to reinstall it, after trying everything. I emailed the company and they very quick on helping me fix the problem. Very responsive and helpful, I highly recommend, if any issues just email them.

We used to use Schedulefly, which is much easier to use when it comes to swapping shifts or making time off requests. For example, with Push you can't request only a portion of a day off. So if I have a dentist appointment in the morning, I can't request just the morning off and make my availability from 1pm onwards. Also, there is no contact information visible between staff. So if I need to text someone to ask them if they can take a shift, I can't search for their contact info in Push.

Keeps telling me to update, when it's already up to date. Kind of annoying.

Not designed for the phone, for the forms it doesn't let you scroll and zooming in makes the form move to the bottom right and zooming in isn't any easier

Update does not work. Won't update. Difficult to download.

Issue with update prompt to enable notifications however no update is available.

Good App to use and you can clock in clock out on the app and your hours work

It keeps saying there's a new update but every time I check there's none.

Great app, very helpful with notifying you about your upcoming schedule and any shift changes. Active and quick to respond developers. Recently it has been crashing when opening the app consistently. Other than that, it's pretty solid.

Push support by Erika Lee is excellent. She is very helpful, and I rely on the information that she sends me. From a business point of view we are very glad that we switched companies. Communication with our old Payroll company was difficult, they were slow to respond and made you feel that you were bothering them. The ability to do a lot of the tasks ourselves is great. Highly recommend many of the features,e.,g., clock in/out, adding employees etc. The reporting feature provide a lot of good information for our business. We are glad we made the change.

It's great to see my schedule but when i want to enter a note it takes me to shift swap instead. Also, I cannot access the section for pay stubs on the app. I have to go to the online site and sign in there to see may pay info. Other staff with the same company using the app on iPhone can access that info though.

1. No Google Calendar integration. I really miss the time with Hotschedules when my schedule would automatically get posted on my Google Calendar app when my manager uploads the new schedule. 2. Disorganized URL structure. When clicking the My Released Shift tab on the left panel in desktop mode, the URL goes to the mobile page. The header tabs are different. Kinda confusing. 3. When trying to see who else is working on a particular day for my specific department, Push shows me EVERYBODY who is working that day. Mind you, there's over 60 workers per shift across multiple different departments. Hotschedules was awesome since they only show the staff who are in the same department as me. 4. I HATE getting a "shift released" notification from someone in a different department because their job is different than mine, 5. Especially when I'm already scheduled to work that day, I don't need to know whenever someone in my department releases their schedule since I can't pick up their shift (making the notification feature useless and annoying). Bottom line: Push is great for employers. Hotschedules is simply unmatched for employees.

Nice app and easy for use

sometimes wont load properly but otherwise great app to use. Easy to navigate and look at shifts. Almost wish the full schedule would fit into one screen to screen-shot.
