Great idea, but to many bugs. I was not able to get live translations to work, just kept getting try again messages. It deleted my planed trip after the first show, this is especially annoying since you can't do al the shows on one day so you want to plan in advance. The app also randomly crashed about 7 times during my trip. The idea for this app is great and it looks nice, but for the amount of money you pay to go it should be reliable.
The application is very useful and convenient to organise your day in the park and navigate there
This attraction is something so so different. Not seen anywhere else, the French really have excelled here. The app is equally good too & you can use it for pre-recorded translation in your language.
The actual map was good, eith consistent updates. When i translated it to english, this is where the problem began. The wifi never worked so it was pointless
It does not work when I want to put my reservation. It does not have an account to login.. It needs a bit of work and it could be very useful.
This app does not work it is TRASH! But the park is great
I love the Puy du Fou so how can I not love this app? it's really cool and practical

Good app. Worked well when connected to the free WiFi at the park. However, one drawback with it - if using for the translation of the shows, it eats battery. A LOT! Be warned, and take a portable charger with you.
Downloaded August 2018 the day before our visit, ready to plan our day... No good at all, programme unavailable, every item on map when clicked is "out of boundary". 4 of us have the app, the same for us all. A joke. Still looking forward to our visit, but this app is a waste of time!
Stupid app. It does not work!
I've tried to download the app on two different phones. Each time the app states that the Christmas spectacular is closed. I'm unable to enter the site.
Frustrating to be encouraged to plan ahead when the app ditches all your plans once your visit actually arrives. I'm so glad we wrote it all out whilst deciding. Makes the app redundant, like whoever wrote it should be. A good idea ruined by awful execution.
The only way this could be better is if it included the audio translations for the shows, I'd happily pay for that to not have to use the crappy units they have in the park
Couldn't download any of the shows to our language as always said an error has occurred.
Ok but wiped my saved schedule :-( spent ages planning it the night before only for it to have wiped when we got there.
The connection or signal strength was so bad that it wouldn't ever go when you tap the screen to whatever you wanted you wanted to see just simply didn't work for us
The park is great but not the app. We were even advised by a member of the park staff not to use it to plan the program only for navigation as, apparently the application is not as up to date for the show times as the paper map! Furthermore there seems to be no way to share the same program between several devices
