When it was working, this was an amazing app. It entertained our son from a very young age and remains engaging even now that he is older and school aged. However, the app is currently nonfunctional. The latest patch did resolve the previous error, but now it crashes immediately upon opening. I'd love to change this review to the five stars their working product deserved.
this app has taught my autistic son so many words and what those words look like. I've had this app for 5 years and hes still uses it. I would like it if they did more updates to newer and more fun content, but I purchased this year's ago and he to this say at 10 plays with it. Got the pro version and it definitely was money well spent.
We have enjoyed this app for years. For those having trouble with the latest version (we did too), try completely uninstalling and then reinstalling. Eventually worked for us! 👍
my both kids have autism, this app is really helps them understand more words (though we are not using english in everyday life... would be great if it would have more languages) +they love to play it so much. was worth the money. Answer to your reply: I'd love to see Russian language. (my own is Latvian, but i have 0 chances on having that, nobody translates to Latvian). we use 2 languages, russian is the one you can get on most apps. Would really apreciate if you could do that. 💗
My toddler loves this game but this PRO version stopped working after an update about two months ago. Crashing after the splash screen on two devices. However the IAP version is working, so it feels like a raw deal considering I paid full price but get an inferior faulty product.
Installed on my phone for the first time and it does not work. It crashes crashed immediately. Galaxy S9.
Its great app and lots educational games. Brain teaser. But now am getting black screen sayin Runtime Error. Dont know what to do Thank you for quick response. It works now and its great :)
Update: the developer got back to me and have me a code to unlock the all access pass in the free version of the game as a work around. It works! My toddler is very happy that "zingo" is fixed!
The recent Puzzingo update made this game unaccessible. It's useless now. I paid for the pro addition. Please advise. I've contacted you several times for help!
This used to be an excellent app, now it won't work, tried to install again about 6 times. What a waste, how am I supposed to get a refund now, so disappointing 😡
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times can't get to work. Very frustrating. Four year olds are not very understanding.
Our son loves this app. The variety keeps him busy and entertained with some learning too boot.

My son loves it and I play it quite a bit too. Now the baby loves it too. Its fun and puts me in a good mood when I'm in a bad one. Would really like some new packs though. It's been a very long time since we got new ones.

We first bought this for our eldest daughter and our second daughter really loves it too - we have seen it grow and it is a fantastic app which really holds their interest... I still catch the 7 year old on it sometimes.
This has transferred twice as he en has gotten updated tablets! FANTASTIC APP♥♡

Pro version is the best
It just doesn't work even after update. I even tried it on another type of phone and it crashed on that device as well. The developer had responded to my inquiry saying that they would provide a code to unlock the regular version app, but never followed up with said code.
