Puzzle Ark

I REALLY want to love this game. It's the exact genre I love to play in a mobile game, and the characters are pretty cute. However, the game is extremely buggy to the point that it ruins gameplay and the difficulty ramp-up is insane. There also doesn't seem to be any content after chapter 8 and most of the features on the screen say "coming soon." During game play, defeated enemies stay on screen, and power ups are not always usable/swappable. Even the bug report tool doesn't seem to work.

The game was great for a while. It's easy to learn, the match-3 is fun, and the visuals are neat. The problem is that the difficulty ramp is ridiculously steep, and the latest update basically added a major grind wall which only exacerbates the problem. The summon rates are absolutely abysmal, and the gameplay can be a bit buggy sometimes (characters at full health randomly dying with all enemies stunned and no fireball tiles?). I would recommend this game, but it needs a lot of tweaking.

Fun gameplay until around stage 8. Was crushing with 3 star clears until a very awkward shift in difficulty. That would be fine if not for the fact that the game only last 10 stages so you don't even get long to adjust to the uptick in difficulty. The characters are decent but I ended up beating the whole game with the same units I got in the first 5 minutes of playing. So there's really no need to use new units, ever. Overall a decent game but it could use some more content.

I like the game, but quickly I've run out of things to do. My team is "too weak" to even attempt the next campaign fight, but I can't get stronger, since all campaign fights only give rewards on first clear. Daily challenges are okay, but scale up even quicker. There is no way to get specific class cards, so my tanks can't evolve. it would be nice to have a way to target or trade class cards. Also, breakthrough and level both take gold, but you don't get enough to keep up with demand of 1 team.

It was a good game, but my Oasis singer's special skill won't trigger at all since i downloaded the latest update. I have tried it for like, more than five times already in different stages but it won't activate even once. And it seems like it is not the only character that behaves the same way from what i read from the recent reviews. Please work on this bug. Thanks.

After a few weeks, the game improved a lot. I rated this much for beta. Being level 41 on chapter 7? I forget. But its so hard to level my heroes now. (All Level 60) And can't last long to higher levels in the map coz they die too fast. :( overall. I am still having fun. Just struggling with the gold in game. Edit: Crackers. forget. I hope there's a way to check rituals/quest goals or objective while in a puzzle match. I accidentally click the screen way too fast to read the objectives.

Puzzle Ark is one of those game that can be great in the future, if the developer put their hearts in to it! menu screen is buggy, as well fighting. back stage sound when fighting horrible (actually make me fall asleep while fighting) ,shoud be an epic war fighting soundtrack, also they should put voice over on character when using skills. So many stuff to be done and they way i see it, is going to be a long journey. I hope they fix it.

The game needs to address power balance issues. If my team is marked at 17,000 power and the level recommends 11,000, it should not be an absolute slaughterfest for me when I attempt it. It's incredibly frustrating to play what should be a simple game. Removing limits from the talent point missions would greatly improve the experience, as it would allow me to more effectively power up my team. Time-gating elements of the game does not make it fun.

The game was extremely fun and unique before the update... now it's just like every other puzzles and dragons clone. Sad to see the originality fade so soon. EDIT: I also just noticed with this update that it is literally impossible to make any progress in the game. Even going back and playing old levels I had no issue with before; i find myself struggling to beat them now because of the terrible combat update. Fix this asap.

I used the unlimited stamina to get to chapter 3 where the game gets super hard. Even ranked up heroes struggle. There is no reward for beating previous stage so if you get stuck the only way to play again is to wait for idle camp to fill and level up hero that way. The heroes have victory poses but you only see it for like a second. I don't get why you can't stack same heroes. I have 2 rangers and I want them both cause they look cool but it is one or the other. I believe the game could benefit with a daily dungeon.

there seems to be a bug on the power-ups. mostly on the rainbow. once it gets made it voids that area to touch leaving the power-up useless and a enemy-like status defend by not allow you to use that tile. the fact that my healer is attacked quite often is also a bit off-putting. but besides that I truly enjoy the game and hope that all the issues are fixed and you guys keep cranking out the updates.

This was one of my favorite casual games to play for a long time but with every update comes a weird mix of positives and negatives. The latest update has finally killed the best aspect of the game in my opinion. Previously you were limited in playing only by losing, aka energy via a life system. Now the system has been changed to using rechargeable energy. You can't play nearly as frequently and are harshly limited in all areas of the game. In my opinion, revert this change and the game is 5/5

Way too much based on luck. To get the bonus rewards you have to keep repeating the level over and over hoping you get lucky. I don't want to play the same level 20 times in a row because the gems didn't fall right. It would be a good game, but it gets frustrating which makes it something I'm gonna uninstall.

The concept of the game is great. But I think you should adjust the damage output of enemies and you should also put some other contents like a dungeon where you can get 2 times violet potion. I also suggest that you put a friend ally when doing some quest. I also would like suggest put some boosters that you can buy in shop with gold. The game has a lot of potential. I hope that you can maximize its potential.

A good game. Interestingly original. I think that monsters who have tremendous amount of damage are killing this game though. Healing aren't sufficient to survive or at least have a perfect score after battles. Maybe try to tone down some monsters who can burst up damage and put a bigger tile board to work with? Right now, it's a bit imbalanced. Maybe you can make the light tiles heal in proportion of combos instead of waiting for heal bar to be filled and just make a different skill for support heroes like shield or armor amplification. Support heroes aren't exactly "supporting" the team with just a one time healing done. Hope you'll consider these suggestions. Over all, a good game with a potential just a bit imbalanced at the moment.

I find this game fun and addictive. I really like the characters and the different classes. I would like to see more story added and maybe more levels. Maybe have tournament type events added. I realize the game is still in beta :) so I'm hoping that any new features will make it more awesome. I like this game a lot and wish to see it grow into something really great.

The main thing I noticed with the game is that you get a lot of extra cards and theres not really anything to do with them other than upgrade and place them in the 2 or 3 slot, and the boss is like 5 levels higher than the rest of the battles. I can run through the levels with ease on my characters until I get to boss and then I need to upgrade a lot just to beat it. I know bosses are supposed to be hard, but it seems off balanced. Given the previous stages and how easy they are.

The game is fun. It has great graphics. Could you put a reset button for each part? I mean, a new part for another formation of heroes. It is hard to level up new heroes if there are no more part where wecan get coins and potions for level ups. But, great job anyway.

The game is really good BUT needs improvement.. Those unused heroes, hoping we can sell them out and get resources, resources are too scarce. Chapter 7 (last boss) is way tooo hard to finish, (hard to level up your heroes due to scarce resources, and stages are hard) how do we suppose to have fun with the game? If all stages are cleared at 3 stars, no point of doing it again since you don't get anything from it. I hope we can get cards randomly in stages not just in buying chest. I think it would fun that way.

So I've only made it through a few levels because the tutorial keeps telling me to upgrade one of my character's, even though I'm out of the resources to do so and, because it's the tutorial, I'm unable to do anything else to try and obtain the resources necessary to move forward. I've tried exiting the game to see if that would reset it and it didn't. I even reinstalled it thinking that would restart everything, but it didn't. So, unfortunately, it would seem this game is a bust for me. I'm sure somewhere down the line I'll try it again and see it the developers worked out the kinks or not.

just came back to the gamr after a few months. i can say it actually improved a lot. still needs more though. if I were to give suggestions, I suggest voice acting for the characters for more experience, and a more better home screen (for example, instead of showing the levels, you actually show a characters illustration, and you can choose any character you like)

Played the game before the "extra loot for completing tasks" in a level so to get the loots, I have to replay it. But it says I "claimed" all the previous levels' loots even though I haven't played them again AND no loot was loaded for me?? Will there any more levels after the 8th Chapter? It's been forever. Plus you should REALLY address the power imbalance issue. What's up with not being able to move the tiles? can't see the "report bug" in the app to send the logs/screenvid for my report.

Baby mode puzzle RPG. Find the lack of developer to player interaction kinda makes me feel like events or milestone rewards or even updates will never come. Animations and transitions in the game are glitchy. You need little technical skill to level up your team as its literally in game currency and "cards" for their respective class. Good time waster but not something worth playing competitively.

hey there! just wanted to let you know that there might be a problem with being unable to log into my game and that costed me my login achievements. I don't know what's going on but its a beautiful game but I really didn't want to lose my login to a bug which started during the update... 😅 help? 79147. edit: often its just that it wont log in. im stuck at the main screen

Overall, is a good game and a great time killer although sometimes i have some dificulties in completing the stage task and it become even worst when I abandon the task for severall stage. Sad, much to my dismay, when I came back for the task, I nearly complete none compared to my first attempt (bcz my heroes level had grown up) honestly I know that I have to set a new hero to finish it but well im just to lazy to do that lol so yeah its just my blabbering and vent wkw. thats it. Nice graphic btw

Previously had an interesting upgrade mechanic where you could make any hero you were fond of powerful with enough time and resources. Complete overhaul of basic game mechanics means now it's just a generic gacha cash grab. Keep paying to roll rare 5* heroes, as they are now the only things worth upgrading. New stamina system means it is pay to play after a few rounds. Save yourself the time and money, skip this game. There are better options out there.

Fun game, different kinda RPG Match-3 style that I love. Can be both addicting and challenging.. The enemies seem over powered like people are saying, so hopefully it can get adjusted accordingly.. Also keeps crashing during game-play when im doing good.. But cant wait to see more cool features! Keep up the awesome work!

The game stopped crashing after I reinstalled it. But the building gamrplay isn't something I needed nor wanted... It just makes the game more complicated and the reason I don't play the more popular Empires & Puzzles... So it was fun while the game was simple... But now they ruined it for me... Thanks for nothing with the new uodates!!!

Though in beta, very good experience. It only seems it is way too easy to gather resources, but im sure ot balances out the further along you get. I also wish there were more of a story. Other games tey to overdo story and underdo gameplay. This one's gameplay is on point, and it seems to have some story, but not much - or it's just not presented very well.

After the new update, it makes me go to the new base, then the game freezes with the error message "STRID_CLIENT_ERROR" and it won't let me do anything or go anywhere or play at all. When I restart or reinstall, the same thing happens. Please fix this horrible problem. I feel like I shouldn't have updated... and I hate having to worry that a new update might make the whole game crash! I love Puzzle Ark, but seriously, now I can't do anything at all?? Fix quickly please.. お願いしますー
