PUZZLE STAR BT21

In general I really like this game but I have a problem I stopped playing it for a while and now I couldn't sign up with facebook and recover my progress it said that the app it's still in development and don't have access. I don't care much about the stages but I don't want to lose all my characters because there were some of them that were limited completing events...

The BT21 characters are so cute (like always) and I love how I'm not too poor and can acquire money without paying (coz sometimes there are games were you have to pay to get them). The tutorial is very easy to follow, just don't forget to check the mail box, since I sometimes forget to check out the items they give me (^ ^ ; ). It's fun and adorable, and I also love how you can get costumes without having to pay for anything. If you're an ARMY, I recommend this cute game <3<3

Absolutely in love with this game. So much fun to play when your bored or want to use up some spare time. With the new episodes every two weeks and special events, you literally never run out of levels to play! I'll admit there is occasionally trouble with playing ads, but I found for me my internet was either too slow for the ad to play or I needed to exit the game for a minute or two before re-opening it before the ad would work.

Update: bring back the level map I'm not interested in interior design I want to see my progress in the episode. The room view should be an option not the default. Disappointing update but still I can't fault the actual game - I still love it & love the new challenges! this game is awesome, some levels are really hard and it would be good to get recommendations on which character to use to pass each level. Updates are always improving the game and the characters are so cute.

I downloaded this game when it was first released, but somehow it always lagged for me then I stopped playing it. I decided to download it again recently and I've loved it since! I loved it before too but the stages were too hard (back then), it was harder to get characters. The newer upgrade lets you get a character every 7 days which is awesome and it has many advantages now. The only thing I miss is the moving characters on the loading page, I am only seeing Tata. Other than that it's awesome!

i genuinely like the game! It's fun and simple. I love BT21 characters, and they have the cutest animations in PSBT21! One thing I find sort of annoying is how busy the screen is. There are too many things happening all at once - all the event notifications laying one over the other, characters jumping out, gifts, etc. I keep clicking on things I have no intention of clicking on because of this interface. But it doesn't spoil the overall impression of this game that much, really.

Great game. Great learning curve, levels increase in difficulty as does your habilty, and hard puzzles can always be solved within a few tries. Events follow this as well. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have an active fan-base or community, but there's nothing devs can do about it. Also, the new update is awesome, I really like that we can have a room and the fact that we are rewarded by playing old levels.

It is a really amazing game with cute BT21 characters, so I give it a 5-star rating. It would be better if this game was available offline as well. Regarding the game, it's really fun and mind-blowing but in events like "Tropical", in which we can play to win limited characters, it is always difficult to get the last stage's character which ends up in an unfinished collection. It would be a great deal of help if the difficulty levels of such events is made easy and the game is offline. 감사합니다 !💜

It's a fun game but I agree with the other reviews that the levels for Cooky and Tata are always too hard. Also, the ads have been glitching lately and I have to exit the game to get out of the ad. This will make some missions and quests impossible to complete. Edit: it is now easier to get Tata and Cooky for special events. Thanks for listening! Also, I haven't had a problem with as glitches since the update.

This game is really fun and as a fellow ARMY I'm loving it. However the most recent update on the 5th of August 2019 has come round and I updated on the 6th and now I get to home screen with music playing as it loads and it suddenly crashes over and over! I thought I needed to uninstall and redownload but it has made no difference. I'm now unable to even play the game and I'm hoping it can be fixed soon.

I really like the game and I had this game before the new update but the only I don't like is that I can not see the level map in the game. I can not see the level that I am at on the upper left-hand corner under the sidestories which was there in the last update. Besides that I like the challenges and events which is why this going to get 5 stars. The characters are so cute. My suggestions is put back the level map and let the player have a few optional design. Your welcome!

I got this app for my kids and they liked it a lot right away! After a while it wouldn't open/let them play. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but that didn't work, also restarted the phone but it still just kept loading and then said" unexpected error please close the app and try again". I guess the problem was the strength of wifi signal though, and the game has worked well for us again for days now :) My kids love playing this game and I appreciate the reminders throughout it to take a break, and not play too much (but my kids take turns so the time is split between three people rather than just one person continuously playing, I'm not sure how many minutes of play it takes before these helpful reminders pop up). Great game for anyone, even better for those who love BT21.

I would give it 5 stars, really, I would. If I could. I haven't even played through the game but whenever I try to start it, I get a pop-up saying it's 'Stopped'. I'm giving it two stars because I know that it's probably a really good game. AND because BT21. (I later downloaded it in to my phone and it worked-- It's super cute!! The graphics are epic, the game itself is enjoyable, and the little costumes for BT21 are all super adorable and I can't wait to unlock them!! I'm on level 32 now!<3)

I used to absolutely love this game before, because of how cute, fun, and unique it was. But ever since this last update, everything that made the game special has been removed! My favorite part of playing the game was always getting to move up the map, and having the characters all fall into the next place after completing a level, and finding the music sheets. But now that's all been removed and now we're STUCK in a tiny room.😞 The room is a cute addition, but a horrid replacement. Ruined.😭

Honestly, I don't have any major complaints about this game. I play it on my downtime, but it's also binge-worthy. The interface is nice, it runs smoothly, and the graphics are adorable. It's a simple but fun puzzle game, whether you're good at these types of puzzles or not, this game is all skill-level friendly. I love that there's no intrusive ads or anything obnoxious—which seems like a rare occurence in mobile games. Definitely recommend.

This app is AWESOME! I love it so much, and i play it everyday. However, the levels are keep on getting harder and harder, which i see in some reviews, but it is completely fine with me. I rated it 4 stars because when you open the app, it takes a little while to load, and i wish there is an option to change characters freely.... but over all, this game is AWESOME!

I've been playing since release and it's still just as fun and enjoyable! I love collecting the character sets and the levels are challenging but not frustratingly difficult. I wish sometimes we could play without internet connection but that's my only fault and it's so minor it doesn't diminish my experience with this app at all. Bts fan or not I really think anybody can enjoy this game

I absolutely love the game! The graphics are amazing and the play is really smooth! I am just having a tiny issue with the additional prize videos is the shop and gift box. They won't play at all and sometimes I get stuck in completing the missions because of that. I hope you guys can fix that issue quickly. I'll recommend not only ARMYs but others to play this game as well! Even my mom is hooked on this game and she ain't exactly an ARMY 😂

This game is very fun to play with and is very user friendly! Unlike other games, BT21 gives more chances for the player to finish a level as long as the player keeps on completing a line of blocks, and number of turns will be added! The graphics is unique and the movement of the characters are so cheerful, giving me good vibes while playing. This is a game that removes stress! Thank you Line, and thank you BTS for creating characters meaningfully. 😉❤

Super cute. As a fan of BTS and the adorable little BT21 characters they made, there isn't much more you can ask for. Incredible graphics, well-made animations, and a cute story are tied together well with this casual block breaking gameplay. Though it does require an internet connection to play, I mostly play it at home so it doesn't bother me too much.

I LOVE this game, but I HATE last update. It was a perfect and enjoyable game. Now I cannot see the map which was cool and convenient. With new update I stuck in the room and to update it I need to replay my levels to earn decor tickets. I'm at the last level right now and it's no fun to replay all levels. The star button is uncomfortable: every time you need to open it and scroll to desired level. This update is so uncomfortable and inconvenient and I wish they will come back to map format.

the app is exceptional from graphics to the levels difficulty. my only problem with it is that when you have to win 10 stanges to get a character, not only that you lose 5 hearts but if you lose one stage you have to start it all over again. i am so done with playing the same 6 stages again and again just to lose the 7th.

I just started this game today and let me say it is one of the best puzzle games I've ever experienced! I love how you have do much more freedom when placing blocks, and the little characters add so much to the game, without them, it would be an entirely different game! I would definatly recommend this to anyone who likes puzzle games like Candy Crush, or who just like really cute games! Keep up the good work LINE and Big Hit!

I used to love this game but I really preferred the older version with the maps! It was a lot of fun travelling to different places and it was much easier to find stages I enjoyed playing to play again. The new room decorations aren't nearly as fun I honestly feel like I've been put in jail. This reboot is honestly just a way to get you to spend money but without the maps it just isn't fun for me. I never play it anymore.

I never thought I'd find a new kind of puzzle before. I've been a big fan of BTS and BT21 and came across this and tried to play it. I really like the cute universtars and graphics. I also find it very easy too which is great and I also love the gacha and quest system. I personally like the gacha system especially the special one because you can get the good stuff in there but it's a little hard to get and it made me wanna collect gems and save some for it. I also love the idea of the episodes!!

The game is fun and the characters are cute, but a few campaigns seem to be made impossible to complete on purpose. I couldn't complete the Koya level of the Snowman Campaign even with all boosters and multiple tries, and I'm usually good at puzzle games... I'm sorry, but this seems like a scam. Also, there have been times when my internet connection broke and I had to start over again instead of the game remembering where I had left. All in all fun, but be prepared to not be very successful.

Most I've enjoyed a mobile game in a LONG time. Very cute, very easy to learn, but progresses to challenging levels. I have been playing during all my free time for days and have yet to run out of 'hearts' at any point. The give new characters and free items often, and the extra little challenges are simple to complete. A+

I got this bc it's BT21, but this is a surprisingly good puzzle game! The difficulty is well-balanced, and it's a nice spin from the typical block breaker games that are everywhere. Colorful graphics, gacha isn't that big of a deal + they give out plenty of tickets/coins to pull. Characters are easy to level up, and they have events where you can get free 5*s. The cute decorations give incentive to progress. The season pass is pricey compared to other games tho. Overall, a solid puzzle game!
