Reliably troublesome.... constantly crashes upon opening. I want to check my bank account and have to fight with this app for 2-5 minutes just to sign in. Actually faster to use the mobile website. Completely absurd.

The app will not even open! I've had this app since it was released and now it isn't working g at all. This is such an inconvenience. I'll be contacting the bank, as this is interfering with my banking needs.

App refuses to open, possibly after update, not sure but it needs to be fixed or I'm closing my account and going somewhere else

Im not sure whats going on never had problems before but this is now not allowing me to open my app its blank white screen forever kinda upset cause this app has everything to do with my account fix it now please

This is quite possibly the worst banking app I've ever used. It's ridiculous how many times it goes out of commission.

I previously gave this app 5* after using it for a few years. But for the last week it will not open. Acts like it's going to open then goes back to my homescreen. I tried Uninstalling and installing it again. But it still will not open. Others seem to be having same problem. Please fix. I use this frequently.

The app has too many glitches for a banking app. Half the time it wont let you login. Now that I can log in ai cant do anything inside the app. It acts like it is frozen. Have tried multiple times. Need to upgrade the app and make it usable.

Glitchiest banking app of the decade. Crashes every 4th or 5th day. Gives "check network connectivity" error message, with 3 bars of cellular signal, WHILE ON WIFI. Lets one do "instant balance" without logging in, and make mobile deposits, so not completely useless.

This app is irritating. I can get on it at all. A white screen comes up and then it kicks me out. I've re-download it several times, reset my phone, and nothing I do seems to work at all.

This app is pretty bad on Android. Constantly forgets my biometrics and forces me to set them up again. Sometimes it won't even load, and repeatedly gives me error messages. Shouldn't struggle this much to check my bank account. App needs a lot of work.

Very convenient and easy to use

I like the old app better. It's easier to use. It's more up to date.I purchased things yesterday and they still aren't showing on the app. I had to go to the bank just to set it up on my Pixel phone.

App screen not working after updates can't click or open anything. Won't even let me type into the password bar or bring up keyboard to type anything in. Can't mobile bank so I guess it's time to switch banks to someone else.

Fix your app! People should not have problems with an app that has something to do with something as important as banking! Every few months People can't get into the app, or multiple other problems. I'm tired of dealing with this.

easy to navigate. kinda plane. I miss the old green/red color scheme that help you easily indicate when you took out money, bought something, or got paid.

The app use to work just fine but after this recent update I cant even open the app. It goes to a blank white screen and that's it.

I dont understand why you can't do bill pay with this app. That is why I installed it and don't see any where, where you can. Sure you can check your balance but I pay all my bills online so this app is really no good for me!

This app is very handy (when not dealing with glitches, which is not very often). Saves me alot of time and worry having to go to the bank or bothering the workers on many things.

Within 45 minutes of downloading the app it crashed and wouldn't let me access it. Called the number and was told that the system was down and to be patient. What are the odds

I love the app. Allows me to keep a close eye on my account. Easy to use! Now you can do check deposits from your phone. How great is that? What a timesaver!

Never works can't log in 90 percent of the time so can't make transfers getting beyond agrivated can't see my balance just have a login screen that doesn't work or let you even type anything

Downloaded and never got past the login screen. Just kept giving me a phone number to call. Oh well. Kept the old app anyway.

It the best bank I have ever been with, I would leave them for anything, they have been there for me and my husband, I highly recommend them, if anyone looking for good friendly bank.

It always has issues.

does my banking needs will except for mobile deposit. It took two days for a check to clear through mobile deposit last time, i should have just gone in person like i normally do.

I love the app but for the last week it will not open right it will act like its going to and then closes it self please help to see what is wrong . Thanks p.s I love my bank

Can't get Fingerprint Login in to work on my Android. everytime I go to enable it the app shuts down.

Unable to even create an account completely junk the older app was a lot better..

Lately the app will not even load at all for me. Great app when it works...
