App has now become useless. It wont even open. Rediculous. Also, Providence website doesn't do much just says install app. But the app doesn't work!

Worst app ever!!! Does not even open at all !!! And when you to place complaints no follow up and a generic response .

I used this app successfully for several years, but now it basically won't open. I reinstalled it but nothing changed.

Whoops, something went wrong. Cancel Retry. If you'd like to see those words and nothing else than this is the app for you my friend!

Very responsive, productive and professional. The city filled up the potholes the next day after I reported. Thank you and keep up the great works!

Site is always shutting down and I am not able to follow up on my complaint. Problems still exists.

Still trying to get an appointment with code enforcement says we have to fill out the complaint still waiting and still have the problem

don't expect to get a useful reply to anything, they like to mark things completed without actually completing them.

You were able to put in request before, but now you get "whoops something went wrong. " Even when you could write in, you'd never hear back! This is joke like every thing else in this state claiming to be for the good of its citizens. I bet it doesn't stop them from diverting some of our taxes to it, even tho the system is broke!

This app has worked great for me so far. Have submitted several of complaints and all have been taken care of in a timely manner.

Doesn't work. No way to see all issues in the city, can't post pictures, tickets submitted aren't checked after 2+ weeks, much more difficult to navigate than the Providence City website.

Ridiculous and overrated necessity for public services. Doesn't even provide the most necessary of public works notices via text or email. Your app needs an app and a trained monkey to design the 2.0 version.

We have a great opportunity now with this app to stay in touch with the City really love it, it's a Step Up!

Haven't had a problem with this. Submitted my complaint I followed up with a call to the office and an inspector called me the same day to schedule a visit for the next business day.
