Hi... My Device is offline , I am not able to view live or recorded video. I tried checking the router and there is no problem with internet connectivity and the port of the router. Please help me to get connected to the device. From past 4 days this is the issue. Earlier it is working fine.
Every time the app is turned on the camera has to be done in HD every time . Do something that opens the camera in HD every time you run the app the online network speed comes Very down Do something that increases the speed of the online Camera📷 Please make the application stay in HD every time you turn it on Please quick update something like this in the app.
Very bad no opting for forward and backward very very slow recodring playback i m feeling very bad for this but no option money is in vain ... Now please don't but it No one is hearing also
Not working in Android 10 and Android 11 , Tried on Samsung S10 lite, Samsung S20FE both are on Android 11, and MI10I which is currently on Android 10 , all device doesn't support , and company doesn't even respond or tried to sort out issue.
Needs Fast Forward option, When will you add it ? Without fast forward option playback of old recordings are useless.
Despite having good connection and all things set your app continuosly showing YOUR DEVICE IS OFFLINE... So now what do i do.. please fix this problem it hampers the experience...
Just tell me one thing except media and storage why does your app require all the other permissions. Why does it require location 🤔 , Microphone, camera , calender , etc . Why
One of the worst app and cctv recordings will never play.Its waste never ever purchase this securus cctv.Service is also worst
Sometimes it shows cameras are offline and not connected but i check the internet working don't know why its says device offline.
Not working.... It was working fine till end of 2020 but now it is rarely showing the connected cams Please fix.
Your app is damm slow, UI is not user friendly need to improve a lot if not will consider moving to other vendors

Wanted to know if the app will work on Android TV.
I'm on latest version nothing is ok & nothing is added or improved so stop replying me same thing like a robot..👀 Needs many Improvements. Playback options like fast forward, backward play, slow motion play, & seek bar zooming are missing. Direct play through router (wifi direct) when connected with dvr connected router's wifi, without internet, is missing. Why this app cannot be like RMEye pro. Why many needed features are missing?!
