PVR Cinemas - Movie Tickets

This app has the worst interface. And never tries to fix it. Gets stuck a million times. Makes us pay for tickets, use vouchers and then not give tickets. It then says session has expired. This is the second time iam experiencing this. If at all it is a problem from PVR's side, you have the sole responsibility of giving us a notification telling what had happened and let us know that the refund process has started, and that the vouchers will be given back. Now, I have to keep contacting everytym

Worst app. I had tried booking tickets on this app twice. It debited money from my account and then got hanged. It didn't give me my tickets. In top of that, the app has the gall to charge convenience fees for ticket booking. It was much easier and faster to book through Bookmyshow than this useless app.

1 star as i just wanted to draw the attention of the developers to the following problem: For some reason, when I click the notifications displayed by the app(in the notification panel) , it takes me to the browser(i.e. opens pvr website), it doesnt redirect to the application installed in my phone. Other than this I love the app and would restore my rating to 5 stars as it handles every other thing well. Hope the devs fixit😁

It is so frustating like I want to watch a certain movie in it's original language ( it being a pan India film) and there it is available in all other languages except for the one that I want! What's even more irritating is that in the coming 2 weeks too it's not available in the language!

This app is completely disaster. I booked tickets through the app and amount deducted from my account and there was no booking done, after that I tried to get in touch with the customer care but they didn't even connected the call. Pathetic experience, worst app.

I don't get any points after booking ticket. While booking it shows you will get these number of points but after booking, even after show time ends, I don't get any points. It's just a scam of making you use this app. No points, so No vouchers as they promise.

Pathetic app, booked 5 tickets for 27th March for show at DLF promenade, had to do the booking twice as 1st time there was confirmation of the booking and the message displayed after booking was of either a refund or confirmation of booking, same was the case 2nd time also. Would give them 0 if the option was there. lousy app, majorly unable to book the tickets, system error being the reason told most of the times, wishing to have a better alternative to PVR

Haven't seen such a pathetic app and website. Have been trying to book a ticket since long. Attempted almost 10 times. The amount got debited but the ticket was not booked. It simply shows bad transaction. Also tried to register a complaint but no help.Very poor service.

I have tried a booking and made a payment using UPI, the amount was deducted but the app kept waiting and booking timed out. There is no way to contact customer support through app nor any contact numbers provided. I googled and found a number but no one picked the call. Now I am not sure how to get back the refund.

Been using this app from the launch without any issue. Today tried to book ticket via UPI, amount got debited from the UPI, but pvr showed it as failed. Now the money is debited, but app is showing no transaction as such for me to raise an issue. Tried raising a issue from the app, but no answer as yet.

Pathetic customer service. My amount was debited twice and the ticket wasn't booked. When I call u guys u ask me to go to counter and get the ticket. I mean this is why people book in advance. Also they take bookings over phone now. You don't have technology with you and don't follow the traditional phone booking. Nice

PVR is a good place to watch movies.its either with firends or with family. Really a very good place. Tje ambuance is wonderful, about sound quality, no words to say, perfect. When viewing action movies, sounds more perfect. Gives us a different experience. More over if watching hollywood movie PVR is the best ever.

I tried booking the tickets twice. first time payment deducted, but tickets not confirmed and after some time the money credited. Tried again, but this time to my surprise nither money got credited nor the tickets got confirmed. pathetic customer support. they never ever respond to any calls. Would suggest to go for other services.

This is the worst app ever. I had booked the tickets for evening show yesterday post the transaction was completed the app logged me out without giving any tickets. Till now I haven't got any tickets nor any refund. The next worst part is I tried to complain on customer care number but they don't answer on customer care number even after waiting for hours on the call. There is no complain resolution mechanism in place!

It was my bad trusting on this PVR app. I tried booking three tickets of movie KGF chapter 2 . I managed to get payment page. Booked it through net banking and amount has deducted. After that I found that SOMETHING WENT WRONG appear on screen and found out that tickets were not booked at all. I also tried many times to talk with coustomer care support executive, but failed to connect call. Bad experience. I need my Amount Back right now. OTHERWISE CONSUMER COURT IS MY LAST OPTION.

Seriously poor - money extortionist services Booked a ticket, asked for transfer to next weekday date for same movie, same slot, same hall. But they are hell bent to not refund or transfer the ticket. They are claiming that it is strictly non refundable. A Tuesday ticket for a low budget movie is strictly non refundable - how low can you go !

Worst experience, yesterday I booked a ticket in pvr app my money got debited but tickets are not booked. Payment failure is acceptable but I didn't receive any message from their end saying your money will be refunded. In the app there is no trace of evidence that I booked the tickets and it got failed. I can see People complaint about the same. I will let everyone one if i got my refund.

Bad design. When you have to select birthday day etc in Android app you have to scroll through month by month. Imagine do that if you are 69 years old. Allow selection of year in app design

UI is good but app is too slow and even after making booking it doesn't show in booking history. And not able to download the e-ticket. Disgusting experience.

The worst app i have never seen in my life. Payment will be processed tickets will not be booked, gift card amount deducted payment not done and gift card wasted. Without booking the ticket, ticket will be booked and the ticket will come to our mail after completion of the show time, loss of money that's it. I give 0rating for this app 500Rs wasted.

Not able to book a single ticket on this aap, i think pvr closed its services in this app but forget to remove this app from play store. No customer care, nothing.... my booking amount is stucked with you and not received any ticket or refund. Every time when i pay for booking popup msg occure that if your amount is debited we will refund your amount, didnt get any responce from you till now.

This app and the company is disaster. Tried cancelling my tickets, couldn't find any option to do the same. Customer care answers after 15mins of continuous call holding. Fed up. Never booking again. Even if they answer it, you'll not get a call back as promised by the customer care executive. Worst experience.

They showed the movie in the upcoming list for long and on the d day no movie. If you don't intend to screen a film then don't put it in your upcoming list! Waited to book the ticket but saw no booking option. Contacted customer care but no satisfactory answer. Never going to watch a movie in a PVR again.

I tried to book tickets from this app. I completed the payment using UPI and My bank account was debited. However the screen shows expired and booking was not done. I am unable to get support to have my money back. Please help

It was my mistake to trust the app. My money was deducted but it wasn't showing my ticket, nor they have sent me any mails regarding this. And worst customer care service, when I tried to complaint about the same. Shame on PVR Cinemas.

I wanted to book tickets yesterday. Tried 3 to 4 times but it got rejected after making the payment. I wanted to use my voucher but couldn't. Bad experience and bad App management.

Why what's happening, it's loading and loading and loading. Pls change your App maker , try a different app producer who is fast enough , i don't know how people throug out India are still using this slowest app ever , dumbest App , and see guy see the app permission it's all is open network access disable your screen lock by the app,

Unresponsive app,its slow that if one has to book ticket the show time will arrive but ticket won't get booked, disgusting service from pvr being such a big venture, service are like new startup

Worst App i have ever encountered with.. my first ever review for an app.. even a 6th grade student could build a better app.. trying to book a movie since 8 hours but app is so slow.. btw i have 300 MBPS speed..
