The app can be described as decent at best. Bare minimum functionality, when there was opportunity to provide so much more. The UX is clunky and not intuitive at all. The only good thing is that is provides accurate information about delays most of the time.
pretty good, but it bugs me that it doesn't show the time the bus is coming, I end up having to search the schedule in chrome anyway. today it was a no school schedule, but I didn't know that!
Pro: Great app! Cons: Navigation for the bus tracker is very slow and not always accurate.
Used to work which was very handy. Since it stopped, uninstalled, reinstalled, still won't load the routes anymore.
this is the worst app ever!! its so confusing you cant figure out when to be at the bus stop. i dont recommend this app at all.

Liked it at first but now when checking where buses are on map it doesn't show up right
personally I think it needs LOTS of improvement.
buses came by my street and it said there are no stops within 3 hours

If you have every stop name memorized and only plan your trip 15 minutes in advance, it's worth your time. If you are visiting someone, getting to know the area, planning a day or night out or otherwise might need to know what stops are near you and when, what route, how late and how often buses come there, without devoting 20 minutes and a sheet of scratch paper to the endeavor, you might want to go with the other, (inexplicably lower rated) bus tracker app. This one is an infinite loop of 'routes' > 'stops on route' > 'routes through stop' > 'stops on route' etc. Assuming you even know where in to start said loop. Hot garbage.
Useful, but not very intuitive. However, it's more stable than the old app. Really needs an option to see all of the departures from a stop for the full day, like on the old app- sometimes I need to plan departures more than 2 hours in advance. The schedule tab is clunky and not helpful for people who already know their route and just want to see the departure times. Also, I wish it wouldn't refresh the departures for a stop before the bus arrives- there have been times where the app tells me I missed my bus, but the current bus is actually several stops behind.
I use it everyday...very useful and accurate with arrivals/departures at my bus stops...

The app is useful if you use the PVTA buses a lot just because you can see when buses are running late and by how much. But, the app is hard to navigate and doesn't even have the full schedules listed anywhere. So, you pretty much have to have any bus schedules you need and/or Google maps on your phone if you are planning any trip ahead of time. Also, it would be nice to get alerts of schedule changes on the app. Like, if a particular day is switched to a reduced service schedule and you have that bus line saved, it should tell you (especially if many of the usual notification methods are not utilized).
