I can not say I am 100% satisfied with the app, but when you need it its working 90% of the time.
Continuous improvements have been helpful and appreciated
I like the easy access and the security of having to enter password to gain access to account info.... if phone was ever lost or stolen, password is not automatically inserted as is on other sites.
After the last Android update it keeps force closing and won't even open on my phone. I even Uninstaller and reinstalled it and same issue. Apparently they aren't keeping up with the updates.
Love this bank. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

App closes as soon as I try to open it. Uninstalling and re-installing didn't help. Clearing storage and cache didn't help. Loved this app prior to this last update.
Force closes every time after OS update. Useless and it takes an eternity for the devs to fix this after OS updates. Going to have to find a bank with a working app I guess.
I've been trying to install it for 3 days. All I get is an error message. I even went to the bank and they couldn't help. I used to have the app on my other phone and really liked it. I don't know what happened, but somebody needs to fix something.
This app is great for me to access my immediate balance, but I had a bit of trouble with the deposit option at first. But on the whole, it is excellent to use! Thanks guys!
I haven't been able to login for like 4 days every time I do it kicks me out before I can get to the login screen

Worked well for years. Suddenly quit working. Tried everything. Guess we're unsupported
Not happy, can't access any information before the switch. This makes things difficult especially being a business owner.
The app won't load. Not sure if it's with the app or Samsung update.
Was working on my phone and it was great now it us not working won't even open.

Can't get updated app to work, so I'd say " what was wrong with the old one?"

It's fast! The needed transfer went very well.
App won't even fully open on Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra work perfectly fine on my S10 works fine on the s 7 won't work on the 22 there needs to be an update you need to fix this
