Unable to change contact number as shown in Help and support. Not able to attach reports in pdf format. Unable to contact the customer care.
It has no integration with Narayana Hospitals patient management systems. Appointments taken on the app are not available in hospital and no help to patient if he or she assumes they got their doctor appointment fixed. It's a namesake app
The amount gets deducted from the account(via Google pay and net banking) but is not reflected on my pw app. Even the email does not get replied.
App asks me to keep updating to the latest version. Not opening at all. Please check...my wallet is loaded

Application not at all working.Cannot book any appointments. No dashboard display. Not even the online consultation contact no is working. Please solve ASAP
No response from them, I was continuously calling them they dint provided proper information really hate this app and wast of time. I met doctor on 17th Feb still now I dint get any reply from doctor till now seriously wasting of time and I will never suggest this app....
It's a worst app.. it hanging every time.. more funny is it giving option to buy a doctor also...please fix all these bugs..

Not worth.. Waste of time. Hospital and clinics don't have their own ID. So you can not register. So you can not use. So old direct consultation. So app is useless.

Pathetic app where I booked video consultation 3 time and fir some reason dr was not available so appoint is not appearing 2 nd day money did not come back to wallet I hade to follow up with so many ppl then some how money got added in wallet but again same thing is happening so better to book the consultation direct from the hospital not through this app .... Useless app... No customer on given app help option
