Horrible app. Half the features don't work and will hardly do the basics of home security. All it's good for is a simple live feed of ur room or something. Don't use this for anything serious
Works for a while then quits...got another camera...we'll see how that works out
Unfortunately there is something seriously wrong with this app. Unable once Wi-Fi password is entered to join to Wi-Fi. The password pop up allows u to type in yr Wi-Fi password but that's it... there is no way to action the password...password just lies there in limbo....please fix. In the meanwhile I have figured out to install gray Pyle cam app..hook up cameras and connect to Wi-Fi. Then I can open up blue pyle cam pro app and easily install cameras to app and they will connect to Wi-Fi no problem.
Don't buy this camera. The app to support it does not work on android or ios.
Worst camera app I ever saw. No way to add cameras manually. Only methods are various scanning so changing Camera port makes it unfindable.
Try to record video and app crashes
Would be nice if you can connect it to wifi.

How is pyle still in business. Everything they make is junk. Hire some new quality control, designers, app developers.
Do not use. Do not even think about it. The pyle camera is absolute crap. The software is worse. Should be criminal.
I can't believe what a crappy piece of software. There's no freaking enter button to enter my wifi password. I can see this will go nowhere with all of the other reviews posted here.
Bought 3 of your cameras and have not been able to get the first one to connect to work yet!
App crashes on rotate. Speaker/mic function doesn't work well. Doesn't remember go to points after closing the app swipe camera adjustments move wayyy too much each time..... The Apple version is much much better
App fails when rotating screen. Can only turn on the camera mic and not the speakers. App freezes and needs to be restarted for no reason.
Just got my pipcam5's in. I ordered two. Tried to set them both up and they are not working. Won't stay on. Can't search for wifi connections. Really disappointed. Printing my return label now and will be sending my cams back tomorrow as well as deleting this crappy app after I post this comment.
If you purchase the product, return immediately. No support, software doesn't work, etc. It's not a NY company as listed, it's China
Entire camera loading process is beyond ridiculous. I ended emailing tech support. It's going on day 5 with back and forth emails. Pyle's website is the worst and the stupidest logic in the layout. Instead of being simple and easy, and just having ALL needed firmware updates, instructions, how-to videos, and a step by step process listed for each camera model separately, you have to go to at least 7+ different links within the website and have enough common sense and computer smarts to figure it out.
Finally was able to open the app but I can't connect a camera. Many typos and horrible interface.
Spotty connectivity to the cameras. Worst interface ever. Crashes whenever I try to access feature to add/remove buttons. Not to mention color on images are off...
Until the update this software crashed a lot or repeatedly failed to open. It's much better now.
Looks & Acts like a 5th grader wrote the UI. Generates an exception each time its opened. Disappointed.
Ever since the latest update this app has become a piece of junk first off it deleted all my cams so I have to set them back up but oh wait it won't even let me do that so now they are completely superfluous unless I'm at a computer which defeats the purpose of even having this trash app
Doesn't even load. Opened once and now the app crashes every single time I open it. When it WAS working, the image wouldn't display 90% of the time. Garbage. Can't join wifi in the app because there isn't an action button!
