This app is terrible. I tried to use it to apply for a job with UPS and it kept knocking me out of the assessment and having me reenter my password. Terribly operated and a waste of my time. Couldn't even apply for the job. Thanks alot

Awful experience, this app made me miss 2 job accessment because I can't login on the app to take the test, I contacted their support and nothing they advised was helpful, big companies should please make use of a better App for their test so people don't continue a chance to get great jobs with them.

A password with 13 characters, one upper case, two symbols is not varied enough??. You are jokers and not serious. Banks request only for 4 to 5 passwords to access our accounts 😠. Am not applying

I have just 2 days left to take my test. I can't login, I can't rest my password, I have sent a mail and I haven't gotten any response. Very poor.

Hr departments are doing everything in their power to get out of doing work. When company stocks plummet, and great employees are ditching the rat race to do other great things we'll see how quick they drop this trash. I reported this app to Google and strongly recommend everyone else to as well.

I wish there's a space to write them off this is worst app for interview ever and I hope companies stop using them, Making people lose opportunities I rate them zero Worst. App ever I wish play store would remove them entirely

It's a decent idea, if better constructed. Once I finished all of the games, it brought me to a screen that says "click 'complete games' to complete assessment and then you'll be routed to the application. I did that. It returns me to the same interface. Very upsetting since it took 30 minutes and now I have to contact the employer.

it is not working, I mean I am playing games but app is not sending any data and not saving my score

The app itself worked well and the games were fun! One of the ratings that I got at the end was definitely the opposite of my personality, which I put down to a misinterpretation of one of the questions...there don't seem to be enough games/questions to correct for this. Other insights seemed correct but that one was definitely waaay off and gives incorrect info. to a potential employer!

For the most part the app is quick and clean. However, internal errors prevent you from moving forward such as notifications of an error with a prompt to "click to retry" that has zero function, or trying to move on to the next 'game' only to be sent to the dashboard repeatedly.

Shame theres no practise questions. The tasks where you have to touch left or right, the itmes flash up impossibly fast. The difference in the smiley faces are near impossible to tell, but it goes slow enough for you to make a decision and funnily enough that is the one attributed to monetary rewards so as you learn and guess right apparently your intrinsically motivated as apposed to the other flash tasks that arent rewarded with money and are impossibly fast. So my results are very unlike me

app keeps flickering to logo screen. really really horrible because you are supposed to play these games for an application but you can't even see the screens long enough to read the questions. if that is the game, it's quite a horrible and unnecessary experience to be putting candidates through.

There is some error with sign in of this app. I kindly request the concerned team to fix it & update soon. It shows 'incorrect email or password ' for the right combination of email& password. And no mail is received even though reset password has been requested. So, I am unable to sign in to the app to use it.

Every single time when i try to complete each one of the 12 games, it automatically again throw me out of the game even before i can complete the game and also before the timer. I played this game on Android phone and there is a glitch in this game as I could not complete this game as it malfunctions every single time i play. please work on this issue.

The emails from a prospective employer for taking this Pymetrics test went into my Spam account. I found them today. I tried to login, register, and even reset my password, to no avail. The reset email did not arrive in my inbox nor my Spam folder despite 3 tries. This is not a smooth application. I am surprised a large company is using it for job applicants. They require me to complete it before I can interview. I guess I know what I need to.

I like the point of it being used as a recruitment exercise for employers, but I don't like the fact where once you've played the game, the results runs for a whole year. What if someone doesn't do so well in the test and wants to give a second trial. And by this, this result is used when applying to other job roles thereby affecting him. Please there should be a way of modifying this whereby one can redo the test. At most a week, not running for a whole year. Thanks. A piece of my mind though.

The app works terrible, keeps flickering and when you try to shut it down, it opens again flickering layouts and repeating layouts, a pain and it added stress keeping in mind your trying to apply for a job, and the the malfunction of the app my reault in a bad match for the job.

Such a buggy app. Problems trying to sign up. Finally get in and app flickers and constantly thinks, and once you actually get to play the games it never ends. Games just keep repeating themselves even after completing. Don't understand why reputable companies would use this as a measurement tool.

The concept of the game is phenomenal but at the end of the analyses the screen/app starts to flicker and becomes unstable. I can't even close the app hence I am jot able to see my traits. Need some help here.

I forgot my password which is needed for log in. I used the forget password option and they said that they are sending the reset link in my mail shortly. However, the link is not sent and I am waiting for the last two days. **I don't know why they want weird password. System needs to be changed.

Didn't get past the first screen that "Requires" you to give them access to your personal information. It also does not list or explain what all "personal" information they intend to take.

The worst app ever used in 2021, can't login and it's being used as BAT recruitment platform. The technical team performance is woefully because they can't give exact solution to a problem with the app. I will advise companies using it as it recruitment firm should terminate the contract bcos many capable vibrant candidates will move away. Zero star if not mandatory Usless pymetric tueh

I had to create an account from my computer and play the games there, then several of the games triggered optical migraines. I think it is a good idea, but it could still use some more work.

Excellent app. I find this innovative idea quite extraordinary. It's a good one. I like the fact that you can download your result in a pdf format. This result is quite useful for self awareness and trait evaluation. More wins to the app creator.
