I will give them a low score not because of service quality or app itself. It is because they make it hard to tip. At this point I am pretty sure they do it hard on purpose. If you try to tip you are sent to payment systems address, have to show you are not a bot, enter password...etc. They should incorporate tipping to checkout. I see bad intention here.
Time left is covered with flashing grey bars for a while then app reports problem. Clicking try again 10 times makes it show time left. This happens every time, on every order, on every entry to view that should show time left. App does not save instructions on how to deliver to my address.
My order got cancelled by restaurant on a call. In application it is still ongoing after 16 hours.. No refunds, no replies from customer service either. Very bad experience... Update: After reaching out to developpers here. Customer service took my support issues immediately. Thanks for resolving the case. Also would be great to add a trigger check in the app if order is not delivered after certain amount of time.
In order details "Order details couldn't load" for already two weeks. Clearing data and reinstallation didn't help. Latest Android. You don't have bugreport system, so sharing this here.
Generally is a good app but when you apply limitations on what users can say in their reviews that means you don't care about users. Complaints may need way more than 250 characters, deliveries may require way longer than 90 minutes, and anyway, the amount of delay is a much more relevant information.
Can't properly use map in the app. Instead of navigating it's scrolling whole screen. I have Samsung galaxy s9+
Terrible experience. Generally the worst of the food delivery apps and we've stopped using it. Can't communicate with drivers, and updating any info requires going online through a lengthy process. We've had food return to restaurants while we sat there hu gry, and use other apps without issue 2x a day for the past 3 years.
As I have received the wrong persons food from your app twice and contacted you twice to which you have completely ignored me I will be switching to another service provider. A customer shouldn't have to wait weeks for a reply just to be ignored. You can see that I was using your service 3 to 4 times a week. This money will be going to one of your competitors. Thank your customer service team. No I will not email you again!
It gives you estimated delivery times in each restaurant's listing, but once you order and pay, you are given a new expected delivery time that can be even 40 minutes longer. If you don't like the new time you cannot cancel your order from app level, you have to call the restaurant and hope that they will actually pick up the phone. I don't know whether it is an issue with the app or with a restauraunt, but either way it is poor customer experience.
It's amazing how complicated ordering food can be. Both this app and the webpage are equally broken. I pick saved address, nearby restaurant and try to place an order. It throws an error that it's outside delivery zone. I have to retry multiple times switching between addresses to make it work. Then it randomly clears my delivery details so I have to fill them in manually. And quite often it logs me out without any reason. Tipping is even worse. Shame.
App is user-friendly but the web mobile version is not working well. I cannot add a voucher in there. It gives me an error or I cannot further proceed with ordering. Please do something about it
All the time so slow and crashing specially when trying to make payments. Good way to collect double payments maybe.
Very basic and Inadequate. It's simply one of the worst apps I used. Their tracker doesn't really work and It said that my food was delivered from Night Burger Noc. although I recieved no food whatsoever after waiting for 2 hrs. This app doesn't provide the option to contact the restaurant and doesn't assist the user at all if a problem occurs. Not to mention that when you change the language to English the Food menus remain in Polish!And the search engine isn't really accurate.
Gestures are not working in this app, likely they are blocked just to annoy users.

Food was never delivered. Contacted customer sevice which just redirected me to restaurant I order from. Which by the way never reply phone calls! As per their "checking" food was delivered... wish I knew who was the lucky one. Very disappointed will never use it again. You are the one who is providing this service and chargeing it. It is also your problem when food is not delivered not just the place that is making it.
Honestly, using desktop is much better. App doesn't show all restaurants that deliver in given area, but it sometimes shows ones that actually don't - and the order ends up cancelled. I also had problems with payment several times until I started using BLIK instead of transfer which I haven't had issues with yet. Instead of making promo codes only work in the app & making you get more loyalty points through using the app, I'd recommend fixing bugs, that would actually encourage me to use the app
Gave me an error message saying I wasn't charged but ended up charging me twice. They don't have their own delivery drivers and so makes the delivery tracker obselete. Customer service is absolutely horrible. First thing in customer service, the customer is always right. When you request a refund or problem in the USA Uber Eats gives you a full refund no questions at all and plus they give you a discount for your next purchase. Poland has a long way to go when it comes to customer service.
Status nearly all wrong, delivery times several times nearly double and all menus in polish only. No chance to cancel an order once it's half an hour or hour late. Delivery text also not considered (works when ordering through computer). The app itself is otherwise easy to use only the service behind it is underwhelming
I cannot choose to use different browser - only Chrome. The voucher I got to try out app was lost, because I backed out from Chrome. The app claims that the voucher was already used, but I didn't pay for it yet. My cart was emptied once and my data I gave for delivery reset every time. I like Pyszne.pl and never got any issues, but this app is a pain to use. Especially when you're hungry.
This app is a god damn mess. It's designed really poorly, half the time I can't even add stuff to my basket. In order to fix that I have to restart the app and now I've had enough. I got a code for the loyalty points they offer for a 15 PLN discount which got used up when my payment didn't go through because the app decided to not let it through for some unknown reason
easy to use and a huge time saver :) I have been using this app for quite awhile and had only one mishap with delivery but it was the restaurant, not the app. I am bilingual in English/Polish so using this in either language does not impede me but I can totally understand how a lack of translation of the menus can be frustrating to non polish speakers. Have you guys thought about contacting this issue out?... you have a person interested in helping you out here in Poland :)
In the past I liked it... However, once I have used the coupon with a discount and the order was cancelled. Today I ordered food in two restaurants and both orders were cancelled. There is no way to know in advance if restaurant is opened or not. The information is incorrect. Even if the fault is of the restaurants... The app should ask in advance for them to plan opening hours for holidays like 1st January. So now I delete the app and try something else. Great way to loose a customer.
i'll give them lowest because they made it one way contact. There is no customer service contact to cancel orders immediately. They leave the customers to deal with Restaurant themselves instead of Pyszne. Reason of cancelation is time delivery, they are too late which such delivery is useless in food industries. They leave customers to deal with restaurant themselves, and restaurant would try to convince you to wait since food is already in preparation. Recommend Uber delivery instead.
scam! they created view thet looks like they attempt to pay via google pay and 'failing' to do so. after they offer to pay with other payment methods
Buggy software with a randomly disappearing shopping basket. The only way to temporarily restore the basket is to kill the app and restart the phone because you cannot checkout with the basket being invisible. Additionally, the suggested delivery times have no reflection in reality as every single time each restaurant extended the delivery time with extra time. Finally, its essentially impossible to complain as there is no such option in the app. Save yourself some stress and use another app.
