Not impressed so far. The text I got said it was working with my insurance. I called my insurance to verify prior to installing. I downloaded the app, put in my info and it connected me to my old insurance, not my current insurance. The only contact I can find is for my old insurance company.

No chat. Unable to call.

Not for adults . It isn't interactive . It is just a bunch of if statements in the chatt . It repeats the same chatt every time and now I forgot the credentials . Uninstalling , after I scanned it . No telling what else I let it put on my system .

Received phone call from someone claiming to be with my insurance provider. Installed app as instructed. Became suspicious because they wanted all my sensitive info like plan number. Won't proceed further. Honestly unsure if legit or scam.

A person who is or has something to do with my medical insurance had brought this to my attention during a conversation It has been very helpful in finding some things that I need It's a very cute app It's also helpful.

Everytime I shut my phone off and thrn turn it back on, this app comes up plus it runs from the moment the phone comes on until it is physically turned off.

Edit from my last review: I got the app working. Also, I used the chatbot once when I was depressed and felt I was a kind of burden to others. Pyxer was really helpful in getting me motivated again 🤖❤🧡💛💚💙💜

I thought someone left a voicemail for me to download this app from my insurance company. NO, IT WAS SOMEONE FROM THE APP COMPANY ITSELF!!! Can you say HIPAA violation??? They want your insurance info, phone, email, access to media files. This is an intrusive SCAM targeting vulnerable individuals! So the developer has replied here, and is assuring all of us that they partnered with "the health plan". That is vague and suspicious enough for me to stay away from this app!!!

This app might be fun for children or for the mentally handicapped but for normal adults, this is a complete waste of time. It is maddening to try and accomplish a real health task with this incomplete "application." Don't download it. Conserve your time and your health privacy and do not download.

My insurance encouraged me to download this app. Now that it's here, the app runs All The Time and there is no option to Uninstall it. Fail

Love using this app! Pyxir is cute make me feel better every day. I feel he there for me when o need him. I am 75+, and like knowing that people in my life know how I'm doing!

I havent been able to even use the app it keeps closing when I try signing in.

I agree it's child like and doesn't let you say what you want just chose from two responses that are always the same thing.

It does not work. It is a total scam. No login on the web page.

App does not send authentication code so it's worthless. Uninstalled.

This app BARELY works. The robot is absolutely stupid and I do NOT want to chat with it about pizza. What is wrong with you people? This app serves zero purpose even after I can finally get the robot to shut up. Horrible horrible app.

PyxHealth is a PhoneApp design to get people to like and enjoy the experience of interacting with Artificial Intelligience as if if it is culturally the next best free thing to replace a paid Proffessional Therapist. It reminds me that ComputerOS from their start have been an intentional personal security risk for NSA sponsering private businesses like GooglePay to be a part of building a DarkWeb DragNet environment to watch peoples behaviors for creating profiles of different types of people.

Asks all the same dumb questions each time you sign on. How come it does not recognize the user each time instead of waiting time?
