This app won't let me send a text message. Nor will it allow me to send to an email. I keep getting a message that says the email is invalid (when it's actually in my contact list) or it can't find the person! FIX THIS!! Not happy with it!!
App design, user-friendliness, overall vibe all leave much to be desired. A pal suggested it, I downloaded it for a quick test run and tbh, as an IT pro, the whole thing smells of inefficiency with what seems to be a clunky, amateur app and website that will prevent buyers from ever getting to the product. My advice, invest some profit into a better design team, joining should be easy, not impossible. Don't send your # or email in reply, I won't be looking in my rearview on this one. #2cents
where to logout is not practical... normally logout is found under profile or account....not settings.... I kept having to try and remember where you put it, because I kept looking for it under account and profile. That's the only abnormal experience I had my first time using the app.
My frst month with this company so i paid full price for this app and every 2 days i have to uninstall it and reinstall it otherwise every 5 sec my phone pops up a message saying app as stopped working. So i click close app but it still pops up and i cant do anything and every time i want to use it. It does the same thing until i uninsta and reinstall, then it works one time and its done. Not worth what i paid
great app. Only issue is that the message you receive when you send a video is that they have viewed it. later i receive the same message when they open it.
Wont let me use my contacts...if I try to send any info to a cell number, I blocks any texts from my phone to that person. I have to delete my contact and start over with all that contacts info. So pretty much for my ambassador needs.....doesn't help at all.
. Can't connect my new contacts to the app. After entering a new contacts, the app can't find it..."no contact found" message.
So far it's working great. I'd like to be able to save my business website log in info so I didn't have to enter it in each time or have my link available to copy quickly. Other than that, love the amount of info I have available on my phone to share.😊
Love it! Easy to navigate and user friendly. One thing that is frustrating is having to put my log in info every single time. It would be so much easier to be able to save it.
Like the website it is clunky, it is not user friendly. Trying to figure out how to get the info to your own email is hard. The back end of QSciences is so hopeless, I'm beginning to wonder if I can even have any faith in the products.
Not user friendly. You can't, get into the site without answering three questions. Constantly saying not working and crashing while running in the background.
Can't get app to open. Blips for a split second then black screen. Have Uninstalled, installed, powered phone down and still no go
Since the new update, the app won't open. I've been trying everyday to see if it's fixed and still haven't been able to open it using Android.
This is the worst app ever!!! And somehow it managed to get WORSE. And tben my human contact for help I get reprimanded for saying anything negative. It's a little difficult to ask questions about the app being broke and never qualifying my sales without being negative. Unless I'm not alone and waited nearly year and these new people are going to find out sooner ..rather...than now. I once loved this company ...now this app has shown their shady spots.
App won't open without many tried to open it. Then, it closes/crashes. Very frustrating since I pay for it.
This app helps me be more successful in my Q business. Having sharing tools at my fingertips and being able to share them through many different forms of media is amazing!

Too many broken links, lost customers because they use other playform to order since my links to buy were broken. My own notifications are bad, I can't open them
Stops working. Brand new to the company and I can't get the open to stay opened log enough to use it. Not a good start.
Very informative. Easy to use app. Videos load quickly and I do not see pixelation.
Crashed. As soon as I touch through Q Connect icon it kicks me right out. Not usable at this time.
It's an awesom tool that allows me to have informacion at hand so I can share it quickly to clients and prospects. Thank you!!
I just love all the help and support that Q has given to us this app is amazing and to have it included in the cost of the business what a bonus

Barely ever opens without chrashing. Then when i can get it to open it freezes
Many good things about the app. But it is really bad about importing your phone contacts to the app. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it did not improve. Verb asked me to list my 550+ contacts on a Excel spreadsheet. Really, wouldn't it be easier to fix the app???
