the worst app ever!! consistently not finding nvr, and when your on cell data forget about it. i called support and they walked me through making that work, took about 45 mins for it to work. next day it stopped. dont buy this system and you wont have to pull your hair out trying to make this useless app try and work. have two other systems and they seamlessly switch between wifi and cell data with no extra setup. if you have dont delete app or you will have to call to it work again
FYI Q-See is no more, they closed shop thus rendering all their apps useless and also gone is the support for Q-See devices. There still is a way to remotely log in to your nvr but it's a pain in the a$$. You can find instructions in your product manual under remote access.
Worked for a while, and now they are having cloud connection issues. The only way to view remotely is some complex configurations. I have called them, and they said they are working on it, but its been 2 months now.
Use to work great and now you can only view from home when on the same network. Reason I got was to view from my mobile phone and did work at one time now it doesn't so kinda makes the whole system worthless if I have to be home to use it. Be nice if they would fix this problem.
I had a very similar error by trying to run an ARM app on Android x86. I use Android x86 on a Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop. I was able to fix the problem by doing: On Android: Settings -> Apps Compatibility -> Enable Native Bridge
No longer working remotely and keeps saying "Network error" when trying to log into cloud. It was an awesome app but now sadly just seems broken with no information coming out from the developers.
Remote app quit working. Keeps says network error. Do not buy this system. without remote viewing this camera system is useless to me. They announced bankruptcy so that's why it probably isn't working anymore
I have had this app only for a few days but it is way better than the older qsee view app. UPDATE: It quit working remotely. It did work well until this week. Changed my rating from 5 star to 1.
Update: Started working again with network provider. No more network error. Possibly my cellphone company was at fault. App works great.
the app keeps stopping, and gives network error ,and shuts down,useless and frustrating. even I couldn't sent this feed back keep telling time out
If you go to the developer website they explain q-see closed shop on 1/31/21. They have port forwarding guides to use other remote software.
This app use to work just fine. Got a new phone and now its junk. Freezes up 100% of the time.
The camera are not good and all ways have network issues.
My problem is it quit working in 2021 January and not able to get back on the cloud?
Only works on wifi, fails when on cell network

I have been a q see user for about 6 yrs. This Presidio app is the worse. It's so bad I will not buy q see again. Reported my errors of some camera not syncing (only on app) but dvr syncs fine. My frustration with this app has pushed me away not mention the major failure of communication by q see to acknowledge the problems, resolve them, or even say WTH is wrong with the app. Then to top it off, over the past month my DVR was automatically disconnected from the app.....
