CHECK-IN FOR YOUR DESIRED WAXING SLOT FROM ANYWHERE
You can choose your waxing treatments online and book the next time slot at the studio you prefer. The Q APP gives you maximum flexibility to check in “live” whenever it best suits to you and your timetable. This is way more comfortable than having to schedule your appointments weeks ahead at a time.
POP IN TO OUR STUDIO WHEN IT‘S TIME
You’ll receive your confirmation promptly via the app. Just come to the studio on time within the indicated slot. Your treatment starts after just a minimum time of waiting.
WAITING REDUCED TO THE MINIMUM
Indicated waiting times may vary as preceding waxings may in individual cases be shorter or longer than planned. The waiting time is updated every second.

It is horrible. The screen is always paused for so long wasting my time waiting for nothing. I don't recommend getting this app, better email or call your studio.
There is no way of signing up since there is a bug in selecting gender. Without a selection though, it's impossible to sign up.
This app is useless. It used to work and was great but following updates it automatically closes down and so I cannot book in. I sent feedback and was completely ignored. Avoid!
Can't use app because when I click on it, it tells me to update the app. I did that but it keeps telling me to update. I uninstalled then reinstalled and same problem. Useless.
Downloaded the app, tried to check in, quickly found out theres a bug that wouldn't let me do anything apart from see the details of the studio. The app was very quickly uninstalled.
I can't book an appointment since last month because the app does not open. Reinstalled several times and still not good. Had to call the last time to book appointment. Might just change waxing company.
Once you select the services you want and hit confirm, nothing happens. There doesn't seem to be a way forward from there.

After the latest update my profile was reset and all the points collected were lost. Not ideal😡
cant use it. it says an update is due but foesnt update it

This app will not allow me to book online, that's the entire point of the app, needs fixing!
The app only works when I first install it. For my next use the app keeps on loading. Everytime I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make an appointment.
