Was able to add a payment method once and buy one ticket. Tommorow I have tried to buy another ticket and each time it simply gives me an error. I had to buy an expensive ticket from the driver. I hope to God that it doesn't charge me for the failed attempts !

really poor performance when buying tickets, it often takes up to one minute for screen to unfreeze to be able to refresh and buy a ticket. just now purchased one, got billed on my card but ticket is nowhere to be found!

Unpresise and misleading departure times

Not possible to register for the ticket purchase when my phone number is from the foreign country. In my case it's +420 and the registration does not work. I don't believe it's super hard or super expensive to make it work, and this aggravates my upset even more.

Poor UI/UX! Why don't you just integrate with Google and Apple Maps? Meanwhile, tourists use "Postbus" instead of "Stadtbus" to travel 1km, just because their schedule also exist in established apps like GMaps.

Would be great to know what the minimum system requirements are before downloading. My Motorola milestone 2 cannot open it. Bummer.
