Barely functional. As someone who uses the app weekly for flights, the constant failure to sync properly causes you to have to constantly force quit and re-open the app just to have your flights show up. Sometimes it takes multiple force quits to start working properly again. I don't think there's been any point where the app just *works* and behaves as you would expect it to. It's frustrating to no end, please fix your app Qantas.

Sorry, but this is a terrible app. I have two Android phones, a Fold3 and Pixel 6. I'm a platinum FF and can't believe how long this app has been non functional for. None of my trips are syncing to my account. I am resorting to the web app to check flights it's a total joke an app can be this bad. I keep waiting for them to fix it but no update ever comes. GRR

Seems to be very unreliable with showing the actual trips probably every few days a trip disappears and needs to be re-added. Then it is ok then it disappeared again. This is constant for a while now. This is frustrating as ultimately it happens when you need the information quickly and then have to go digging for booking reference numbers or changing to the Web site login to read booking.

Unusable! Can't use as a boarding pass because the flights will disappear and reappear at random as the ff sync fails, uninstall, reinstall and clear app data make it work until the app tries to sync with frequent flyer, which fails at random and then deletes any flights I manually try to add with the booking reference, extremely buggy!!

Absolute rubbish!!! Never have I used an app that is so useless. Flights are never there, try to add them and it tells me that they have already been added. Uninstall app and reinstall, flights magically appear again (sometimes) and then disapear AGAIN!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Really Qantas, you run a multi million dollar business but can't get an app right?????

The app does not work. Don't bother downloading it. Edit: If you add a flight, it will disappear and if you try to add it again the app will tell you that the flight has already been added, with nothing to show. Essentially, you can't add flights and therefore the app is useless. No point having it.

It's utterly useless. Used this for the first time in a long time of not flying due to covid. After checking in and travelling on the outbound flight, the return flight was not listed in "Your Trips". When I tried to add it using the reference number, it says "Hold up. It looks like this trip has already been added".

App is stunningly buggy. App often "loses" my flight details and boarding pass after checking-in. Kinda hard to board the flight without them. Have complained to Qantas staff in the terminal, they know the app is broken and that corporate isn't doing anything to fix it. All they can do is check my ID and print off a paper boarding pass, making the app redundant.

Fix it! Please! The app and website should be updated to make some of the changes that are currently saying to call Qantas instead. A flight time is changed, and instead of giving people the option to choose another flight, it only has "accept change". Since you can't do anything else, you then go into Manage booking to change or cancel, instead, you just get messages like "your booking is processing"! You'd think after 2 years of covid, they would employ more phone staff or fix the app!

Stupidly designed. Press manage bookjng 3 times instead of once. Boarding pass is a link that expires everytime you close browser on phone. Why don't you look at Jetstar app, not perfect but WAY better than this. Very annoying

Boarding pass keeps disappearing while I'm at the gate waiting for my flight can you please fix this FFS! This app keeps going round in circles between app and browser when trying to find boarding pass There should be an option to save boarding passes to wallet!

Why did the app become unusable? When you give to check in digital, view/change your seat or request a upgrade it opens in a browser. In the browser you have to log in again, most like having to do a 2 step verification. So I'm logged in but to do anything I have to log in again? What's the point of the app if it just makes you use a browser? It just adds more steps between me and what I want to do with my flights. If I could I would give 0 stars.

This app used to work, but it no longer allows me to view my upcoming flights. I would have thought this was fairly core functionality. I just get a blank screen when I try. I have to use the web site to view upcoming flights.

As others note here the ridiculous loss of sync (almost always just as you are approa hing the gate) is immensely frustrating. Better to check in using the Web page and then print a card at the terminal - not environmentally friendly but at least you can get on your flight!

I'll add my two cents as well. I see the same issues as everyone else but it appears nobody at Qantas is listening. This app is practically useless. The same issues written about here for several months and yet no investment from Qantas to fix it. If your IT people cannot handle this app, I'd suggest you outsource it to real developer or IT company. There are likely kids in Uni that could write a better application.

Android12 samsung galaxy tab s7 this app crashes instantly on selection. Totally useless. Has been like this for months despite reporting failure each time. Buck up Qantas this is ridiculous for a major airline.

Extremely slow app. To book a flight it simply leads you to the URL rather than via the app directly. If I wanted to book a flight I may as well go through the website itself instead of navigating through the app and wasting time.

Like others, the flight details rarely show up unless you force quit then restart the app. I'm sure it's worse now than ever before. Super average for a company the size of Qantas. Not good enough. I fly weekly and it's such a chore to deal with this.

Useless. Wanted to use it for upcoming flights. Logged in. Went to my trips. Nothing listed. Tried to add my flights by entering booking ref and surname. App comes back with message "Hold. Up it looks like these flights are already added". Well no they're not. Utterly useless.

Poor quality app, always unlogging you, its never simple to login constantly freezes when trying to. And needing a verification code to login is stupid, its on my phone using my login to open the phone and i still need to get a text to login, which great when overseas and texts dont work. You pay extra premium to fly Qantas and you cant even get a decent app.

I have used this App for years and up until recently worked fine. Now it never syncs never wants to show flights can't display a boarding pass and is impossible to add a trip to. QANTAS please fix this problem for your regular travellers

Useless! For days now I have been trying to get beyond keying in flight dates and destination. No luck whatsoever. To make matters worse, I have to key in the same information every time. So annoying

I haven't been able to get this app to run on my Samsung tablet for weeks. It just crashes immediately after loading every time. I thought it was an issue with my tablet but now, reading through all the other reviews, I can see this is a common problem. Qantas are obviously aware of the issue but haven't yet fixed it. I can run it on my phone no probs.

What's the point of an airline app which can't manage to list your reservations? Reinstall the app and flights will show.. but that doesn't resolve the problem. Next time reservations are gone. This app is bordering on useless.

Consistently rubbish. Never loads first time (if at all). Flights disappear. Surely one of thr world's largest airlines can, after years of updates, have their consistently functional.

App is broken. I have 4 flights booked and visible on the Qantas FF website but none show in this app. When I try to manually enter them all say "That doesn't look right" and to try again".

My flights don't show up, and when I try to add them with the booking reference, the app just tells me "This doesn't look right". The app is pretty much useless to me.
