Went to my doctor showed both of them my logs and said i said it was not accurate. But they said it is accurate so I'm happy. Great products but expensive for regular consumer. Suggestions for issues. Pairing not working? Mine also the same when initial start up connects easy When placed side by side. App shows hypertension and grade it is I appreciated this. Able to input side notes with logs.
Have the base, scale, and the blood pressure. Both work great and I like the history a lot. Still working great. Had to finally change batteries in the blood pressure machine after a year. Both work nicely and I love the history read outs.
App suddenly decided to disconnect from Google fit about 2 weeks ago. I have tried uninstalling both apps and reinstalling with no luck. When I click the connect to Google fit button, nothing happens, none of the usual run throughs of approving your Google credentials. The qardio app is not showing in the connected apps section of Google fit. Are there server issues I am not aware of ?
App just does not connect to the scale. Almost every single configuration setting requires you to step on the scale.. at which point it weighs you instead of running through the configuration mod.. there's no way to troubleshoot setup
UPDATE: I did the old uninstall reinstall! Bingo it worked! All fice stars.Wish I could do all 5 ⭐️. The new pulse ox-monitor doesn't sync up with my note 20ultra phone. Even though support team has sent instructions for it. I have screenshot and followed all instructions, nothing has worked. Hopefully it will. Aside from that this device and app is great. Solid BP measurement.
Excellent design and device! Issues related to start up error where system wrongly reports low battery and will not start. Users should always measure with same arm in exact same position.
The latest upgrade has not been helpful. I must now go through the "trouble shooting" guide every time. It will not connect until I cycle through all the "did you do this?" stuff. Also, I assume the SpO2 field somehow works with a Fitbit, but would be nice if you could manually enter if you have a separate pulse oximeter.
It took me a little while to get the procedure down - that's just me. Once you:be got it down, it's easy. And I actually look forward to using it. NOTE: I haven't noticed ads...so (IMO) that's great!
It's ridiculous that it has no reset button. You have to unwrap all the velcro, wrap it up, unwrap, start over, to get it going. Other than that it could be great
For years it's been good. But now the Bluetooth connection to the Qardio device is buggy and often doesn't work. It seems if I switch pages in the app, it sometimes triggers the connection.
It's so simple and the fact that your readings can be recorded in your history means you don't have to think or worry about keeping notes yourself, and have a clear picture to refer to when you wish.
Works 1 out of 3-4 times. Yes, I realize I'll be told I didn't put it on correctly but it worked fine for a month. I didn't change how I test.
I recently purchased the forehead thermometer and the oximeter. I was not able to connect them to my phone. Qardio support was able to resolve the issue: From the dashboard, swipe left (from near the start button) until you get to the last screen, which is a green plus sign to "Add Devices". Once you click the green plus sign, you will be able to select the devices and go through the set up steps. Once pairing is complete, you will see green check marks next to the device icons
Having problems with thermometer and oximeter pairing. I finally got the oximeter to sync. However, the thermometer is not making a connection, it just keeps going 3/3 way on the green line and stops. I wonder if the app is not functioning.
Since the app was redesigned, it takes longer to access Bluetooth. It inckudes additional health info but it has to be entered from Qardio equipment that I don't have. I can't enter my own temp, oxygen saturation etc.
Qardio stopped connecting to the blood pressure cup after the last update making my purchase worthless. Please update and fix the app. I won't be recommending this product any time soon.
It is way too hard to get on and way too hard to get turn off. All I have to say this blood pressure cup better be tough because you really have to be rough with it to get it open to use and to get it to wrap around your arm and then trying to wrap it up tight enough to get it to turn off. I never got it wrapped tight enough to turn it off. I have to out it up still on because it won't turn off. Not sure at this point I will be keeping it!!!
The app is pretty buggy and it's difficult to get the unit to get a reading: the unit begins to operate then stops abruptly. If you're lucky enough to get a reading, consecutive readings vary widely enough to doubt the accuracy of ANY readings that you may be able to get. I'm going to switch back to the Omron. It was always very close to the physician's units and rarely had a problem. Get something else.
Great tool when it works, the automatic on/off doesn't always work first try.
Since their newest update, my Qardio Arm will not link to the ap. It had no problem for several years, but stopped about 1/02/2022, I have replaced batteries and the unit comes on, the led blinks, but no repsonse from the ap. Blu-tooth is working on the phone.
Way to difficult to activate Bluetooth on my galaxy s10. Requires you to access Qardio menu first. Needs simplification
Love the slim portability, of the product. Also love how you can link to some external apps, and sending your statuses, to you health provider. Drawbacks: Syncing device with phone, via Bluetooth. Sometime it's smoother, but most if the time it's quite a undertaking. AAA battery powered. I use mine quite a bit, so going through a lot if batteries. Would really like to see a charging option, for the device. Case battery cover small tab broke, due to heavy usage of changing batteries. Not a showstopper, but maybe a different design, or reinforced tab. Overall, I really love the product, and because of my travels, will probably purchase another one. Highly recommend
Great app with a good interface. My review would have been 5 stars if there was an easier way to turn on the arm band. The current method of unrolling the band doesn't work well, so I unhook the battery door, take the batteries out a little and put the door back on to turn the power of the band back on. Other than that, great product
I like that I can send my blood pressure history to my health care professional and look forward to being able to do the same with my QardioBase. It is not clear how to actually invite friends and family. And lastly, I would like a windows based interface for when I am at the desktop. Additionally, a single user interface for blood pressure and scale would be good. Fitbit does it with their trackers and scales, so it's doable. These would give it 5 stars.
I really like how efficient this cuff is when it's paired properly to Bluetooth and when used regularly. I have found that if it's not used frequently then only 1 reading will be measured. I then have to reset it by pushing a paperclip into the hole until the green light flashes, uninstall the app and Bluetooth connection, replace with fresh batteries and then reinstall the app and connection to Bluetooth. Then it will show systolic, diastolic and pulse readings. I've had mine 3 years now.
My QardioArm stopped connecting to the app after the last update. I changed the batteries, verified its paired in Bluetooth settings on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and I can get the green light to flash when I open and close the battery door or when I insert a pen into the reset button. I've opened and closed the cuff a bunch of times after trying all this, and it still won't connect. This happened at a bad time too because I feel dizzy and needed to check my blood pressure.
