Such a poorly done application, the new tap and use option for metro link is unusable because of how inaccesible the application is and resetting the password is a nightmare. Had a very racially profiled and segregated response from the bus driver too when the app didn't work.
Every time i log in, it mentions invalid password. I change it again and log in once more, same result. Invalid password. Moreover, the app keeps going crazy when i press log in (taking up the keyboard and closing by itself & keeps loading)
Cant sign in. Tried the "forgot password" feature, got the email, changed the password as instructed and a window saying password change is successful, but nope still cant login. Even with the old password from the email, it only leads me to a password change. New password always give connectivity error or invalid password. This after trying different new password. Even the contact us gives a message saying cannot establish the connection. Im trying to check my metro card balance thru the app!!
This app is very helpful for the users to plan their journey before leaving the home but unfortunately the app stop working in my phone(OnePlus 7). After the first installation it was working very fine but once my phone to android 10 it stopped working. Several time I uninstalled and reinstalled but the app is not opening and the error is showing app not responding which made me helpless while I am using metro to travel across the city. Please do suggest so that I can use the app efficiently.
I was using this app several days and after I've updated my phone software I'm not able to open the app anymore. Showing this error : "This device does not meet the minimum security requirements for this application...". Fix it please. Thanks in advance.
I registered with my email and qid just like it asked me to. I even set up a password but when I tried to login it said that the password I tried to enter was wrong. I reset it thrice but still couldn't login. I am locked out of my account right now because of too many incorrect attempts. I have seen other people face the same problem. Pls fix it as soon as possible.
App is getting crashed continuously, device is Samsung A70, with updated version. Please do needful, card details are not showing even and getting crashed too. Travel history, top up, manage card everywhere app getting crashed.
This app is not user friendly. I tried to log in using my email ID because I know I registered previously, but I forgot my password so I clicked in the forgot password inorder to be notified and to create a new password. Message pop up that email does not exist. So I tried to registered again after filling out the entire fields of registration..."Warning, Email ID already exists". This app needs to be improved..not helpful at all.
its nice and simple but needs to update this at it has some bugs like my checked in and checked out time are same and while registering it with your ID you have to scroll all the way back to your birth year in birthday section. it would be more easy if we can just choose from years and months or we could just input manually.
Everytime when I try to login, it shows invalid username and password. So I changed my password and tried again. Again it shows the same.
When it used to work the app was pretty good, for the last month when trying to access the app, it keeps crashing which is really annoying. Someone fix this issue please
The app is very basic and lacks modern features that commuters in 2020 needs even design wise it's very messy and not user friendly. No clear information about metrolink.
Registered with great difficulty as getting to Date of Birth can only be done by scrolling back every month, being born in 1969 had to scroll back 600 months I am Using Oxygen OS Andriod. Clicked on Activation link and tried to log in again in App, but showing error. Not happy
Waste app never seen such app full on time waste application... It will not let you sign in i have tried many times random days random months but still when you try to log in it will say invalid username and password if we change again it shows the same popup.. time to uninstall
Great experience with metro so far. It would be more advantageous if the real time status of metro link feeder buses to be added with app.
Craziest app have ever been used. Unable to reset the password, 100 times I tried and still shows invalid user id and password
Got the same error They will email a temporary password which u will use to reset the password. System will ask you to change password and just like other users the system will confirm "password successfully changed". but when u log in using the new password you will get "Invalid email/password". My suggestion, from the mobile apps please click "help" fill up the form then request them to call ur mobile. I raised my concern today (07.02.2022), now its okey. Thanks
Keeps crashing,makes phone unresponsive.Even after changing username/password it says invalid. Not worth it.
Could not able to login. App shows invalid user/pswd. When reset the password app will send a new pswd. When re enter it will ask add new pswd. After reset it shows same error.
Terrible app....I tried to login but it keeps telling me my password or userid is wrong...Tried like 10 times, please fix it. I've tried to uninstall it and reinstall but it just doesn't work, since i bought my new phone,it's stopped working on it.
App is still not compatible with Android 10. Request the developers to disable any third party components which are not compatible with the new Android version.
USELESS! Password system doesn't work at all, impossible to log in. Even the temporary password sent by application doesn't work. Another useless app!
Pls improve the app input characteristics. Unable to enter the QID number consequtively (each time have to swap between letter and number mode) , entering email goes from right to left when editing. Doesn't have all professions listed - What is the need for profession details for a train travel app??
Can't find info I need, no complete map of routes and stations, no active vs inactive station info, no timing info, almost useless and very misleading app!
App encourage online topup. I did but money gone, no top up. Qatar Rail didn't even responded to complaint. It was my pilot attempt so it was small denomination but it showed me their responsiveness. AVOID ONLINE RECHARGING. Nobody responds from QRail, they simply don't care.
The app definitely needs to be worked on. Its slow and not quick to respond. Keeps crashing several times in my device (note 9). Please, let the app experience be on par with the excellent Rail service thats in operation. Its also very resource intensive. Why? Let the app be simple and quick, so that prople feel like using it.
