QCam Link

QCam Link app uses a data stream that will connect to your DVR / NVR/ IP Cam via 3G/4G or WiFi. When using 3G/4G, the video from your DVR will likely be considered "downloads" by your mobile device service provider and will contribute to any download limit your mobile device data plan may have. If you exceed any plan limits you may incur additional usage charges. Consult with your mobile service provider regarding the use of a video streaming app and how it may affect your plan.

I have used this app for at least 3 to 4 years now and it is not working correctly. It has always had issues, but now the screen rotation doesn't work right. It stretches out the screen and then won't go back to normal. The video playback won't record or capture images anymore. Have had these issues since going to Note 8 and continued with Note 10. Very poor app maintenance!!!

Was not updated for a very long time. I have this system for about 4 years and this app never worked right, from the beginning it was taking me multiple trying before being able to login.

Definitely security risk, no way it *needs* all these permissions to operate. Just got notification from my phone that this app used camera in background! Hopefully disabling permissions will not disable it. P.S. Customer support is a joke.

There are no updates for the past 3 years, yet you continue to sell products that are supposed to use this app. The app doesn't work with Android 9 version. Totally useless and I wasted money in purchasing this brand.

This works but navigation is a design nightmare. I think I will not be buying amcrest products anymore just because it makes my remote playback so hard to use which is one of the reasons I bought this set for (remote phone viewing)

The app works very well and is well designed, but the permissions are a security risk, why do you need access to all these? Why can't you simply list for each permission requested on my phone, why/how it's being used.

If people would read and learn how to use these systems maybe they would learn. This app is great and works PERFECTLY with the purchased Qcam system. Very little lag and very clear.

The setup I have is the NV3108E with 4 IP3M952E cameras. For the most part this app does what I need for my work needs. I prefer to use my laptop for any adjustments needed on the system. At times though the app crashes and I have to restart it.
