So, I'm glad that the app is now available on Android, and that it seems to connect to my phone better than the Learner app, which doesn't work that well on Android. However, it appears to lack the "Race" mode that the iphone version had, which was by far the most valuable way to get people to practice some compressions effectively. Would like to see that on this version as well

A really effective training tool for First Aid - makes CPR much more interactive and fun. My only issue is on the android version you can only 'race' for 1 min maximum? It doesn't seem to allow a longer time. Great app

Disappointing. The app has never worked, as I can't connect to our mannikins ( which were bought specifically for this purpose!!). When I click on either of the mannikin icons, the app says the device is in bootloader mode and requires an update. The update then crashes (Error IT 1003). I'm using a Huawei phone so perhaps this is why.

The app was working when first installed on Galaxy S9, now after an update only 1 manikin works, the other 2 keep getting error message. I have tried numerous times to contact you concerning this but so far no response, nor have I heard back from the IT people on the website. Poor follow through on your product. This is needed for my job, please respond and I will change my review. I have emailed, called, and left several msgs. Deleted and reinstalled app, still will not correct issue. The app does work with other upgraded manikins, but will not upgrade mine.

This app did work on my huawei phone before an operating system update and now doesn't work. An able to assess my students performing cpr. Please find a suitable fix. Still frustrating that there has been no fix for this issue. I am unable to assess nursing staff for their basic life support and unable to do my job properly. Need a fix to this issue as soon as possible.

On android devices, there is no race option which is disappointing. That feature was its main selling point for me. It seems to function well but am rating it 2 stars as it is only half an app at the moment with limited usage options.

After a few minor hiccups, the app is running perfectly. Thee feedback from the students who have used it has been phenomenal. They feel more confident being able to see, in real time, how effective their cpr is.

I like the QCPR options on the manikins, however today I could not get the apps to work with my manikins. I simply could not load the app, press open and it blinks and takes you back to the home screen. I've uninstalled twice and tried again and again, but with the same problem. Please help resolve this. UPDATE 23rd August 2019 I have installed the app on a old mobile today, and it works absolutely fine. I guess the latest software update from Huawei has been the problem.

Brilliant, well executed idea. It is often hard work to keep an eye on multiple learners ensuring they are carrying out good, effective cpr. My issue is with adding multiple manikins, as my work phone is an older one with smaller screen I can only add two manikins on the "manage manikins" page. As there is no scroll option I cannot move the page down, once two manakins are in the connected list at the top all other manikins are pushed off the bottom of the page. Also any chance of a Windows app?

App crashes as soon as it connects. Tried on two different phones. A Samsung and Motorola. Neither work. Feedback feature using Bluetooth is unusable at the moment.

I love the feedback and so does our customers. It's awesome for them to see exactly what they are doing right and wrong and deliver that feedback so quickly and accurately. I can't wait for the juniors to be able to work with the app as well.

The Race mode on a Samsung note 9 does not work. The actual race is completed after 3-5 compression not really allowing good skill and technique to influence the true outcome. In practice it's not what is described on your website You Tube promotion about the race mode. Please advise?

This app is not recommended for classes with more than 3 students. It's supposed to support 6 manikins/students at once, but the success rate with that is very low, since manikins either fail to connect properly or drop out mid session. It's unfortunate that Laerdal's only affordable option for maintaining AHA standards is unreliable and buggy.

I got it to work on my Samsung and can connect all the manikins on it. It is great fun in the classroom. It would be even more fun if it would have an app to be downloaded on my laptop so I can show the whole classroom the efforts.

Dissapointing. Bought it specifically for the app. Keeps crashing when starting to update on Samsung Galaxy S10. Shows error. Unable to use the apps. Get it sorted Laerdel!!!

Cannot connect app to manikin.... Bluetooth, wifi can't connect...... I reinstalled it but same error occurred!..... When i used it on IOS it worked perfectly!!!!!

It does not work at all on my p20 pro android 9 and also my p7 pro android 8. It should connect but it does not. The manikin connect with the QCPR learner app but not with this one. It is something that must be fixed. We bought 10 manikins !!!

Results are misleading as the app said 0% as a result for ventilation but gave an overall score of 91%. I therefore did another 2 minute cycle and scored 89% this time but still the ventilation said 0%. Could do with being a bit clearer.

When it works its great. Very disappointed overall as struggles to pair with manikin and then, when start CPR or compressions only, it says 'wait'. An hour later, I'm still waiting. Using Huawei phone and tablet. Slightly better performance with tablet but Update still said 'updating' 2 hours later even though it showed 100%. It said 'do not disconnect whilst updating'. Actually had to shut tablet down in order to exit. Having invested a lot of money to buy QCPR Anne's, this is very annoying.

App failed to connect and when I tried to uninstall and re-install, the app wouldn't reinstall on my device. It just says pending constantly.

Love it! There will be glitches for any new app so some hicups are par for the course. But when it works it is awesome feedback super accurate too!

I have trying to download this app all day. It just keep pending and spinning. Actaully at the moment I have to give this app 0 stars. Trying for 2 days to down load the app. The same thing occurs. Just spin and PENDING.

Will not open, crashes. Using on huawei mate 20 Pro and the app will not open. Tried several 'fixes', to no avail. Rather disappointing to be honest. No option but to rate this 1 star.

The app was working perfectly up until the newest update now it will not even open on my Huawei p20. When it was working found it very good for showing participants where they needed to improve.

Phones Bluetooth paired with mannekin but it would not show up as a connected mannekin no matter what I tried.

Race mode does not work on my Galaxy S8. After only 3 compressions it gives a winner. Also wont let me increase the time on race mode.

Manikins take over a minute to connect and frequently disconnect, even in the middle of doing skills.
