Great weather app, quite accurate....I'm somewhat of a travel enthusiasts, would be great if your app could show the weather as well in all parts of the world.... Overall, great weather app guys, I would recommend... Thank You!
I used to love this app but with the latest update the push alerts have become obnoxious and embarrassing with no way to turn them off that works. I have uninstalled this app ☹ UPDATE: they seem to have taken care of the problem with they push alerts. You can turn them off and they now stay off. I've reinstalled the app. Knock on wood, I'm a happy camper again
It's going to get hot this summer and for five years I haven't had a air-conditioner and I'm not looking forward to hot summers at senior care again. At.my age it's too hard on me
The station alerts are ridiculously loud. My volume doesn't seem to control them. With this latest update, I am unable to shut the station alerts off long term. I do, leave the screen, and then they're back on when I go back to settings.
It works but the new update increases push alerts.. even MORE than they say " push alert" in their commercial for their news app. I turn notifications off everytime I get one but as soon as you close the app they turn back on?! I like the alerts when there is rain, lightning etc in the area but now ya get "cute" notifications every hour or so about the weather?
it will work one minute then the next it won't load at all. and the weather update notification is so annoying and if you turn it off it turns off all weather notifications completely! I have downloaded and deleted this app SEVERAL times because of these issues.. stilllll hasn't been fixed
Can't shut off the station alerts! I turned them off several times and they were right back on. I ended up uninstalling the app because of it. I used to love this app until the crazy loud voice alerts.
The app has changed in the last year. Live updates by a station meteorologist are less frequent, and ads have increased, and are larger, with longer ad videos. Will gladly pay for an ad-free version subscription.
My problem with the app started when I tried to view then radar and had to view an ad. Ok, not a big deal, minor annoyance. But now we have to watch unskippable video ads. I got it, you have to make money, but if a storm is bearing down on me, I'm not going with the app where in order to view the radar I have to first watch some baloney about rocket mortgage or whatever.

Rating applies only to latest update. On my tablet I get startlingly loud forecast alerts. I turn them off but they later are again turned on. No problems on my S9. Otherwise 5 stars.
Annoying glitch. Randomly at full volume with no way to turn it off puts out a warning alert - this is a latest update weather alert from KWQC tv- doesnt go any further and shuts off.
It works great. As Heather said about hearing Eric all of the time, all you have to do is turn off the station alerts. You still the lightning and other alerts.
Easy to read and more than one option
Several nice features. I use hourly, daily, and the weather radar most often. No issues with the app, basically.
Unknown alerts go off all the time
Most annoying notifications!!! Even after disabling notifications, I still have Eric Maitland's voice randomly yell at me that there are weather updates available; in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TOO!!! UGH!!!
No very reliable. Their wrong about the weather 85% of the time. The radar is never accurate. I'd suggest a different weather app
Downloaded this app twice now and nothing. No updates, it shows nothing on radar, it doesn't show the weather right now, it has no daily updates... it doesn't show the daily weather or weekly, NOTHING!
The ads i can deal with, but having multiple weather update videos play at once without being able to locate the source is not okay.
It randomly announces weather updates without me asking for them. Most recently it happened in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep.
I uninstalled it because I got constant loud weather forecasts starting at 7am every day with the new update even after changing settings to no notifications.
Station alerts won't stay turned off plus they come across loud, just tells you there's a new forecast when it does.
Hate alerts. Ready to uninstall, tired of turning them off and not staying off. Use to love may change station
Works well but impeded by ads.
Very informative at all times
I started using this app recently when I needed local updates while driving through severe weather. It worked great at that time and continues to impress. I love the small, one sentence updates that come every few hours. Good job KWQC!
