After the update, it won't let me put my address in for delivery. It defaults my address to an address with a semi similar street name in a complete different state. It also won't let me use my location on my phone either. This was never an issue before the update. Whatever address software they are using in this updated app is definitely bugging out, at least in my area.
Shows a promo. "Oh cool, I'm hungry, sure." App proceeds to not load at all and hang on the loading screen. Restarted phone, still hangs. Literally doesn't work. Use their website because they aren't testing these versions when they launch them. Edit 5/27/22- updated and new. Clunky to use, offers rewards and errors and doesn't let you redeem them. Didn't remember card info and the function that asks how the app did (still bad) just doesn't let you add info and crashes the app. Playtest apps!
Qdoba has some of the best food! ordering through this app is a breeze, after the new update. the app runs faster and smoother than the previous version. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to customize my order in the app, now. It beats having to contemplate whether I wish to stand in line to get exactly what I want, or just go elsewhere for something generic. I'll DEF be eating here more often with the added convenience. I also appreciate being able to quickly access my QR code. Thanks!
Terrible update. Much clunkier to use and harder to select what you want. The major deal breaker is they removed the chips and queso reward for champ level. It seems rewards points have been reduced by about 10-15% per transaction. Review still stands after the new update. Each update makes this app exponentially worse and lowers the value of your rewards points.
This app is so faulty and horrible. Constantly logs you out whenever you need to scan, takes over to 24 hours to then send you a password reset. Then there is no place to add rewards from a receipt (funny because there used to be) whoever allowed this version of the app to be released needs to have their employment status reconsidered. Unacceptable.
I have more than 100 visits to Qdoba. I had more than 10,000 points on the previous rewards version. From the upgrade, my points were converted to free entrees and they gave me a month to use them. I wasn't able to use them by the end of March, so I lost 4 free entrees. It took a long time to earn and accumulate those points to only be given a certain amount of time to use them. Highly disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Qdoba for nearly 10 years. I hardly feel like going anymore.
FINALLY an update to the app! Was having a ton of issues before with previous/favorite orders not coming up and just freezing the app. No problems at all with the app this time after the update.
Every time you "upgrade" your app, your customers get the shaft. It is harder & harder to get rewards. More trouble than it's worth, which is probably your uktomate goal.
It's okay, but I find it kind of buggy. I'm able to order, most of the time. However, if the store decides to turn off mobile ordering, there's no indication of it. I've had the app tell me the store was closed, when they were clearly open, but I think that's the store's fault. It doesn't tell you this though until the end of your order after you've gone through everything. Also, I can't bring up my past orders, the app just spins, I've reinstalled it, cleared cache, clear data, etc...
App is alright, when adding items to your order, after you have selected everything it takes you back through your selections in reverse before it adds it to the cart. If you need to edit something in your cart you need to unselected and reselect all options or it is wrong. Better to just delete the item in your cart and start over. Also you can only use 1 reward at a time on the app, but if I go in the store to order and can do as many as I want. Old version of app allowed this.
Terribly designed app. Difficult to read, icons are virtually meaningless. The barcode should just be on the homepage and maximize when touched. There's no indication of what your points can do (the developers should download the BarBurrito app to see how there's could look if they spent more than a day on architecting the app). This app's legibility doesn't even meet accessibility standards. Font type, font size, color contrast is all awful, almost amateur.
This app used to work, although it was slow as molasses. But now, rewards that I know I have don't show up. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but now the app crashes as soon as I open it. And when they switched to the new rewards system and converted your old points into free entrees with an expiration date in the very near future, they didn't feel the need to inform their customers. I found by chance I had 3 free entrees with about a month to use them. Now the app doesn't work.
From buggy to crashing. It used to work, but was slow and would sometimes crash. Ordering felt like a chore at times, and lacked options readily available in store. But a recent update made the app crash when viewing rewards, so I reinstalled, but now crashes when opening every single time. I can't use the app in its current state.
I haven't ordered Qdoba in a few months now because me app tells INVALID_GRANT, and then does absolutely nothing. It's been 7 months now. App still will not work. Does anyone care? EDIT: (5/2022) You've released a new app. And it works now. Too bad about my thousands of rewards points though. Guess you don't need repeat customers anymore.
I had 1400+ points. Did not redeam any. Scanned to collect more points and it dropped down to 93 points. Now they changed the app so I can't even see how many I have save up.
Tonight is one of many nights I haven't received my food I ordered. But the real problem is that there is no way to reach the driver to find out where the food is at or if it is just running late and getting a refund is a nightmare that requires going thru a third party like doordash support. Been on the phone for 20 minutes and still no refund and no dinner for us tonight. The service is continually declining. I'm done ordering online with Qdoba. This process is just getting old.
The new app looks fancy but it's sooo slow. Tapping a button and it responds 3s later? It's 2022, AOL doesn't cut it.
With the recent update, you can no longer order vegetarian options. What the heck! Please fix this! Not everyone wants the impossible meat as their protein! Make the back button work, too!
the recent update has made this app so much easier to use & you can now easily edit how much of each ingredient you want (less, regular, more) very convenient, and they have great rewards
New app, as always, requires new login that never works. Once I figured 5hat out, the app is clunky and difficult to use. Definite downgrade from previous version.
The new update is great! Looks good, works more smoothly, and is easier to navigate the menu.
No option for a crispy taco bowl. That's the only thing I order so the app is basically useless to me. Once that's added I'll change it to 5 stars.
I really like the new app layout and design. It is a much smoother user experience.
UI seems a lot better. still buttons sometimes seem to unresponsive
I have scanned my card in each of my two visits and haven't gotten any points for them. It kinda sucks that I spent $31 dollars one time and $20 the second time. I also want to know how I have scanned my card and it says I have 2 visits and only have 15 points. If you get 1 point for every dollar you spend then I should have more than that. I always get the bowl with steak. That's 10 ruffly after tax. So im not sure whats up. I enjoy qdoba a lot but the reward program obviously needs some work.
The app started shutting down every time I tried to open the rewards wallet. I deleted it and downloaded it again and now it shuts down everytime I open it. I like the app, when it is working it is very useful.
Let's me get all the way through the ordering process only to tell me at the very end that the place is closed or not accepting orders. This should be the first notification that happens when I select the store in the beginning of the ordering process, fix this!
With this new update there's options missing from the add ons. For example the option to add salsa Verde and chili crema is missing
Worst app ever .Stuck on finding location even though I am there. Cannot order might never try again so frustrating
They updated the app again. It's terrible. They made the reward program worse. You'd only have to order a few times to get free items because there were different points levels -- a free dessert, a free taco, a free drink, etc. -- now you need anywhere from 10 to 15 visits for a free entree. Plus, with the redesign it seems like they just added tabs and icons for the sake of having more in the app. As others have said, it should be a basic app but they're trying to make it an "experience." Fail.
