I fell for the 7 day trial scam.. couldn't find a place to cancel the subscription before the trial was over. Worst is that I was charged 69usd, and I live in Canada. Why were they advertising 69$ for Canadians and charge in US currency? Not happy at all.. regarding the service, I like the android tv support, and catalog is getting better, but I am having lag when playing concerts (I have 60mb as internet speed). Anyway, hard to recommend.
The transition from Stingray Qello to Qello Concerts removed all curated playlists, a major reason why I have subscribed. Not only major parts of content have been removed, also the app has lost most functionality. The picture and audio quality are very poor. I am still in the first month of my one year prepaid subscription. Very disappointed, I am not getting what I have paid for.
Nice looking app, but unusable. Every video I tried to watch would freeze at approx 1 minute or less, requiring backing out of app then returning and pressing play again. Tried to cancel through the link in the app and all it does is uninstall. My free trial ends tomorrow and I tried to cancel today so I won't get billed. Sent an email to the help desk email address asking to make sure it was cancelled and advising that they are not approved to charge my card. Will report back.
Great concept, but disgusting Company. They need better management. I signed up for a subscription, that included the first 30 days free. I gave them my approved credit card info. I went to watch a concert, and it would not acknowledge my subscription. I spent 2 days sending emails explaining my frustrations. No response.They make it impossible to reach customer service.The help section is useless. I am thoroughly upset with my experience. Do not get sucked into this lousy service.
After going from Stingray Qello to Qello Concerts by Stingray I'm missing the feature to set separate songs as favorites. Also just realised that on the mobile phone I can only play full concerts (can't see which songs are in it). At least the TV app still let's me play the individual songs.
Just downloaded to watch an upcoming live show... No live show tab like they claim to have. Can't find any way to cancel before I'm charged. Worst functionality ever, not user friendly. I'm beyong annoyed. Don't waste your time.
I've been a subscriber for over 3 years - new update has removed all previous playlists, ability to create new ones and removed high resolution content and replaced it with low resolution stream ... what gives or is this to prepare for a tiered pricing strategy yet to be released???
Nice service but the app crashes as soon as I Chromecast it. The video continues playing on the Chromecast but i cannot open the app(crashes immediately) or have any control.
The app is good, but need more material... Upload more new concerts and documentaries and overall reduce its subscription... $11.99 per month is too expensive...
Love this service and the shows. The app needs a serious update though. Some buggy issues and some things are harder to find than on the ROKU or computer.
Some great programming, but wish there was a way to save a list of shows you want to watch rather than searching through the collection every time.
paid $ to subscribe all access. Open app, shows as basic subscriber, limited access. tap on subscribe link, app says already subscribed thru Google play store. Open Google play store, check subscription status, shows paid for all-access. Repeat these steps until totally fed up and smash phone with hammer.
"Calexico" did return any search results. Worthless! It's ok if all you want is AC DC, Nirvana and shine pop country, but write it off if you're into Americana, rock, blues, folk, jazz, classic country etc.
Works very well. However it is missing "My Q". I also would like it to interface with LG TVs. Please add these features so I can give it 5 stars.
Hi, when i use the Qello app, how can i see a concert as a playlist of songs rather than 1 clip for the whole concert? Ironically, i can choose song from the concert to hear when using Qello on Chrome browser
the play was terrible. kept stalling. now i find out there is no where i can go to unsubscribe. dont do the 7 day trial...not worth it. bad business practice.
loved the app for about an hour then stopped working. No customer support, no phone number, and no response to my email. just avoid this app and watch them on YouTube for free
It won't let me cancel subscription. I am getting rid of this since you got rid of half of the Rush concerts on here. No longer worth it for me to keep. Only got it for all Rush content.
So they reached out to me. Still limited to what you can watch. Hardly anything of interest to me. Uninstalled, unsubscribed, un believable
App keeps crashing in Android. You have no control with Chromecast. Fix it or Im not using it anymore
Horrible app. On Android tv version, video is jittery and lags after about 30 seconds. On Android phone (pixel 3 XL) can't access my account or save concerts to "my Q". The selection is fine but way too many issues. Unwatchable on Android tv. Not an internet or device issue, all other apps work just fine. I have reached out through email and have yet to receive a response. Waste of time. Save yourself the aggrevation and stay away from this app.
