This app just doesn't work. You cannot recover your account. If you try to register again it will prompt "num or email already registered" but same account cannot be recovered. "User not found"? I would like to give zero star to it if possible.
Worst app ever, cant even login or do forget password.. When try forget password, it send me code, when minimize this app to see code in sms, this app again start from beginning.. can't minimize this app.. Zero rating from my side..
It's totally waste of Time to download this application . The main issues is all about goji linkage with QFX app which is literally wastage of Time . Kindly remove the goji linkage . Never download this type of misleading applications from play store Negative rating option must be there for such dump application
My tickets didnt get saved to app. I accidentally paid twice for same ticket due to it. App needs to be slightly better and responsive.
Happy with the updates and fixes. Still payment get some issue sumtimes. Hope to see it fixed as well.
Why tf do i have to sign up two times to purchase a ticket? Remove the goji cr*p, I don't care about the rewards. Such inconvenience, total waste of time.

What a rubbish 🗑 app I have ever seen. Dear concern please use indian app named 'Book my Show' and then modify this app ASAP. It is very time consuming and unable to book seat and difficult to use.

Asked to update to v 3.3.1. once I opened the app. when I pressed the yes button, it brought me here but there are no new updates available. Cannot use the app

This is the most stressful app in the entire android universe. Developers plz make it easier to register, to login, to sync with goji, to buy, to reserve, to do anything. Plz, what a hectic process!!
I wonder if the team realizes that login via Facebook/Google account doesn't really work. I have been unable to access my account since forever. There's no viable reset method, and login they don't let me. With newer/better multiplexes popping up almost every other day, not smart. The first star is because I can't go lower, the second star is for all the times in the distant past that this app has made life easier. Thanks!
Developers need to work in login and register system. The worst login system I ever seen and suggest you guys to not to download this app.
I last updated on 7 april and now new update on 13 april, 26 april updated again. Is the app incompetent or the developers are? QFX should find new software developers.
The app is quite okay type...too much updates and even after updating there's problem installing..please fix these problems guys! And also while pressing back button the screen directly goes to main menu which is quite irritating to again select the movie
The "WORST" part about the app is while selecting seats, It's so frustrating. The seat doesn't get selected, Keeps zooming in & out of no reason. please improve its a freaking app shouldn't be so hard. QFX needs to improve its app.
