I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. So far I've only used it when going to sleep but there are so many wonderful choices on this. I have BPD and loathe mindfulness but from everything I've seen on this (have looked at everything but not listened to much yet), it will make it much easier for me to actually understand how to use mindfulness properly. Thank you for this wonderful app. Very few ads, no cost. You are amazing! There needs to be more help like this.

When I was super little, I asleep to the magical forest child audio on my moms phone. then as I started growing up I stopped listening to them. but when I was about 12, I was having night terrors and I was afraid to get in bed every night. but I found this app again and it's an extremely good thing that I did, because that one short audio helped me fall asleep until I didnt have any problems anymore. I'm a bit older now but this app is still so important to me and I hope that it will always stay.

I used to love this app but since my rediscovery this summer, it crashes often, pauses MEDITATIONS for no reason, makes my entire malfunction if I try to use it for more than 3 minutes. Great meditations but the app itself is trash. Fix it so people can enjoy it as it was intended.

I am so glad to have found this app again! My eldest son has Autism and used to have so much trouble falling asleep and keeping calm. We would use the children's meditations on this app to help him relax himself into a calm sleep state. it was such a blessing. Now that my eldest is older he is dealing with the anxieties, anger and stress that start to filter in during the pre-teen years so hopefully this will help again and hopefully it helps others too.😊

The information in this app is priceless in value. I have a history with CBT & was never any good at achieving results. Then again, I was not aware of the need for continuous trained repetition for successful change. Awesome knowledge and great meditations. The meditations could be longer for experienced mediators though. I find that 10 to 20 minutes is quite short. Love it.
