The App is again improved, but again, another update without NFC pay through the phone. Most other banks already provide this, and even QIB iOS is offering Apple pay, but still no support for Android. I am reducing my rating even further because this seems to be a easy fix while many people have complained, but QIB is still not bringing it to android
The wort app ever Randomly stops working and leaves one in a limbo for days. None of the steps work. I have called two weeks ago and the matter still not sorted. I am planning to close my accounts with QIB
The application doesn't want to work for the past week I've been told that the next day they will fix it sadly nothing has been done. I am hushed away from one person to another no one wants to truly help and there is a communicate error between staff where none of them know exactly what is happening
Overall, it's good. But it's slow, everything takes some time, and some time the app freezes and stop working, espically when I run or start the app, even if I closed the app, it continues freezing until I do a restart for the phone. Moreover, the registration was difficult when I installed the app for the first time, but IDK if they fix this problem or it's still the same.
Very good app for the most part. The only glitch it seems to have is the difficulty one experiences when trying to input the amount of money one wants to use for a transaction. It almost always requires clicking on the field several times for for the QWERTY board to come up so as to be able to type in the amount.
I m very satisfy to using this app. But since few days i m unable to request replace prepaid card through app.please help me,how can i request through this app
Secured, easy to use and provides many services
It does not open at all.. it shows only welcome screen, and does not get any further step ahead. First I thought, it may be because of my phone, Then I tried on another phone. Then also it has same problem.. very bad 👎👎👎
Keeps showing activate absher while I already have a valid and active one. Besides trying to activate will show your account is active. Absher web portal doesn't send SMS from absher login, they point hands at ooredoo for the issue while ooredoo says it's a qib issue.
Every time a new version to be uploaded, it's weird knowing that the application is NOT performing well the very simple services we need....!!!!!

Please fix ! I believe there is a bug or something. As soon as I lunch the app, I get an alert pop-up message that prevents me from accessing my account. However, this ONLY occurs when I use mobile data, BUT on Wi-Fi the app works just fine. !!!???
The previous version of the app was simple and user-friendly. Anyone could use it, even if they are not well-versed with technology and using apps. This new update has made the app unusable. it's unnecessarily complex. The purpose of the app is to be user friendly for everyone and provide easy transaction services. The previous version was soo much better. This app has lost its primary purpose after the recent update.
Excellent just lagging when doing transfers it does not refresh nor update numbers properly, takes alot of time, I mean between local accounts my accounts
Im having trouble log in for this new update, my mobile no. I've registered before is not working anymore. Everytime asking for opt?how do i change the mobile no. I entered before?

Credit card blocked since 1 week. No self-service in the app. I have to call the even more dysfunctional call center.
Not super user-friendly. takes you a while to know your way around it. Also does not look very pro compared to other banking apps. If you want to fill fields, keyboards sometimes takes forever to pop-up.
One of the best banks apps, it has a lot of information, they care about details and how to make it easy to their customers, for example you can search for deposit ATM around you that's a very professional, you can search from the login page for branches and exchange rates with no need to login, book an appointment, and a lot more. I like it , it deserves 10 stars 🌟
this App missing the following: when selecting a transaction in list of transactions during a specified period to find the details, there is no back option to take you back to the list of transactions which in turns we have to specify the date period again to view the list of transactions within that specific period. Also, it would be nice if the transaction statement is modified adding one more column includes the account balance next to each occurred transaction. same as the text messages.
The username and password information does NOT appear while typing (cant't see if I am typing or not) and the login screen does not change in order to type in the OTP after the last update. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you
Tried opening a saving account through the app. Very bad experience. After following all the steps, representative called asking to deposit the required amount to activate the account. Upon transferring the amount, representative informs that transfer is not possible until 6 working weeks. Still waiting for the representative to call to sign some document before account is active. Such a long waiting time and still physical presence is needed. I repeat, very bad experience.
after installing this app I used three times. Now it is giving problem. it is not detecting my face. I tried all my possible user names. it is not identifying any of my user name. when I am trying to register again it says this is already registerd. I am afraid if somthing is wrong with my account. it will not be clear until I check from ATM.
Much better than previous version, easier and quicker.. I like the finger print access though I wouldn't recommend the feature for security reasons.
The update has been exceptional, usability and UX/UI has developed a lot. Way better than other local banks. The discreet feature is extremely helpful when demonstrating how to use or when using in public. Genuinely Proud of QIB.
