Using the app ia a nightmare.. the person who developed this Q&A method of input should be questioned and probably fired.. the amounts of bugs is so intimidating that I'm surprised that's it's made it to Google play store.. this app gave me a painful headache that im not able to recover from.. I would rather go to the store and pay for insurance that using this buggy app.. thanks for wasting my time.. ill go to another insurance company because of how this app is stupid.
waste application..you cant even register on it..it keep on says something wrong ..if you wanna lose your time please download and play on it
Why keeping sending me message to renew online my subscription but your online service is not working properly, even I enter my email address it keep asking "enter the email". For this reason I will renew with another company because I waste 20mn from my time with your mediocre services.

Very poor service. I had been using comprehensive insurance from QIC for 5 years. Never had any accident claim. This year I submitted one claim and send repeated reminders for almost 3 months.. but no one replied. Will file legal case eventually.
