It doesn't connect. All the credits to Mario T.'s advice using the Senssun Health app. It connects and delivers everything.
Not connectin * update : app works fine. Just turn OFF bluetooth and THEN in the app, tap 'data sync'.
unusable app. Wrong calc BMI and badly UI and UX. App requesting GPS access and dont work if not grant this access.

Lack of integration with Apple Health/ Google Fit. No backup upload to cloud (I already lost my entire history). Very bad graph representation (always need to change display period and still get little data).
Does not work with android 7. It crashes when you open the charts page. Connecting with scale requires several tries and scale restarts to work.
It doesn't work with Xiaomi MI6 and iPhone 5s. Tried several times and it just doesn't connect with the scale.
The app is rubbish. Could not pair with Qilive Q5033 scale. Instead I downloaded Senssun Health app by the maker of the chip in the scales and it connected without any issues.
Works great, i think a lot of people are trying to pair it, that's why they have issues
Not bad, but not so interesting without internation with Google Fit...
I just bought the Qilive Q5033 and I thought that the bluetooth is a great feature. Unfortunately the app doesn't work (is says Unfortunately, Qilive Smart Scale has stopped). I tried the app on multiple Android phones but it fails on every one. I'm sorry but I'll have to return the product, unless you're doing something with the app. Please repair the app.
Can't connect to BT. Tried on Galaxy S5, Galaxy S2, NotePro 12.1, Galaxy Tab2.
Please fix to work on marshmallow for s6edge plus....can not save any of my data...then will rate 5*

The app don't start.
The app looks great but it doesnt work at all!!! Fix it and also include connection to S Health and google fit !! Ps: thanks marioT for advice. With the app called SENSSUN HEALTH it works perfectly!
The scale doesn't pair with Galaxy S8+, Galaxy S5, Huawey P8... It's a piece of thrash. I'll return to the shop from I bought it..
For app to work you must turn on also GPS, bluetooth is not enough. I only wonder why they didn't mention about it in the manual and made so many people disappointed ...
